I didn't buy this for a laptop. I bought the 14" for my ipad pro 12.9 without a case and it's a perfect fit, safely snug but not tight. However, if you have a case then it would be best to get the 15" otherwise it will be too tight making it a struggle to retrieve in and out. It will be used to go into my personal item on the airplane. So it's safe to use as a personal item that you'll carry on the plane, but it won't provide enough protection to put inside a checked bag.If you don't know what size to get, here's my take:Get:14" for ipad pro 12.9 without a case15" for ipad pro 12.9 with a case14" for ipad pro 11" with or without a case (but if you have a case keep in mind the pocket is 10x8 so measure yours first).15" for a 15" lap top, i have HP Spectre 15" and it just barely fits in the padded sleeve portion of my 14" bag and it's hard to get it in or out. So if you have a 15" laptop get the 15" bag. If you get the 15" you can fit your lap top and also an ipad pro12, in the space next to the laptop padded sleeve.==========I don't use my bag for a lap top at all.Here's my setup:14" bag: My ipad 12.9 in the padded sleeve portion where a laptop would go and it has a sturdy strap that velcroes it secure. Then next to that there's another space that's plenty of room for a large book at least 9x11 but I use it for my Logi mini keyboard and a keyboard stand. Then there's a separate sleeve specifically for an ipad pro 11 or smaller. That sleeve is 10" x 8" (an ipad pro 11 is 9.5x7 without a case)THE SMALLER POCKET SLEEVE 10"x8.5" perfect for an ipad pro 11" (without its case measuring 9.5"x7" But it's too small to fit a 12.9 pro in that slot, so you'd have to use the laptop padded sleeve for a 12.9 ipad pro without a case (get the 15" bag if you have a case).I am able to fit my Logi mini keyboard and a keyboard stand in the section next to that. Just a note that I don't use a case with my ipad, but if I did it seems it would fit albeit snugly. Perhaps for a 12.9 ipad best get the 15". I got the 14" because this bag needs to fit into my small 15" roller bag carry on,Now, that gives you 3 great sleeves. 2 big and the one specifically for an ipad pro 11" or smaller = 3 total sleeves.Then there's a front zipper panel for accessories, charger brick, cords, pens, another cell phone, and more.Finally, there's a little slit pocket that runs horizontally across the front outside of the bag. It's about 6.25 deep, so if you have a cell phone 6" or less it's perfect. If your phone is 6.5 or 7" then it won't fit and you won't be able to zip it closed. It's perfect for my 6" Samsung and my iphone SE because both of these phones are 6" or less.I've tried 4 other laptop bags and this one is the best and holds the most.=======================CON:The only con: the color is dark which makes it hard to see in a plane on my long international flights when the cabin lights are low. However at least the interior pockets of this bag are light grey which helps make it easy to see black cords, black chargers, etc. And the zippers are outlined in black so that helps locate the zipper even in dark. I keep this bag inside a black carry on so it's a little hard to see, but at least grey is easier to see than the black one. Would really want a light grey color rather than this almost charcoal grey. But that is the ONLY con of this bag. I think this bag is GRRREAT! I am so happy I found it. None of the others fit all my stuff in it.Hope this review helps someone who is thinking of getting this. I am very happy with it.Would like to see this bag in other light colors.Black looks great I know, but it literally is hard to see in dark/low light and could run the risk of leaving it behind. My new thing is get anything but black, especially if the interior is black, makes it super hard to see black cords and black headphones in the dark. Keeping in mind the purpose and fuction of this bag for me is to use in long international flights 9-11 hrs long and when you're crammed into a close space with people on each side of you it's best to have a bag you can see what you need quickly.

This is a really well designed 15" laptop bag - so it's not small. It is extremely light however, and has every option that I wanted: well padded case for laptop, very good organization pockets, comfortable handles and shoulder strap, extra space for files or a light jacket, etc - and a pass through for rolling bag handle. Hopefully it's sturdy and holds up.

I love this bag. As laptop messenger bags go, this is the best one I have ever seen. It’s simple, functional design is flawless. It’s elegant but not flashy. Minimal but not boring. This is a humble bag that doesn’t need to make a statement. It’s sneaky good.It’s materials and construction are perfect. The shock absorbers seem great. It’s got the right amount of padding in the right places and otherwise it’s slim and smooth. The front pocket has an elastic band segmented into 3 storage sections. Opposite these in the flap are 3 slim pockets.I really like the detachable shoulder strap. And the strap anchor points are made of the material of the bag. Not plastic. It’s so many subtle details like this that make this bag a gem. For 2 weeks I’ve been trying to find something I don’t like about this bag. There is nothing.One weird thing is that the big pocket has double zipper heads. The side pocket does not. That’s probably the only thing I would change. But it isn’t a problem.I don’t use it for a laptop although it would work well for that. I use it for my Bible and personal effects on Sunday. The smaller size fit everything I needed it to. But I exchanged it for the large size because I also use the bag as a makeshift lap desk for taking notes. The larger size fits more comfortably on my lap.I think this bag was about $40 and it was worth every penny. Considering all I have mentioned, it’s a great price and great value.

I like this bag. It's nice and light and has some great pockets. My 14" laptop fit perfectly, just barely because I have a Bluetooth transponder for my mouse. It seems like it is pretty well-made, though I did just get it. The one issue I have is that it is a bit snug to get my laptop cord and mouse in the bag. I figured out a way to layer them so they wouldn't create a large bump in the side, but I can never understand why companies that make laptop bags don't have an obvious space for your power cord.

I was in the market of a new shoulder bag. Something sleek and something that I could safely put my Macbook Air in. This i took a chance on and it has been wonderful ever since. Super durable, and super comfortable! I even took it out in the rain pouring and my items inside were not wet at all. It also has a safe pouch where I put my macbook in and it has a soft fabric where it keeps it safe. There are 2 other pocket zips where you can store pens and other small notebooks. I would totally recommend this! I work at a dealership, and employees here also ask where I get this as they think it looks like an expensive bag! lol

I bought this laptop case for my own machine, purely because the tomtoc case my employer provided for my work device was so good, even after nearly five years of daily use, it is still in as new condition. As for my new case/bag, it has lots of space for my laptop/tablet and all accessories. Excellent quality, great value and all at a good price.

Well, I wasn't looking for a briefcase this expensive, but none of the other budget options caught my eye like this one did. All I can say is that you can't go wrong with this purchase if you're willing to pay a bit extra. The product quality is good, and the fit and finish are excellent. The briefcase is also more spacious than I expected for its sleek design. I can't say for sure how it will hold up to daily use, but my initial impressions are all positive, and I'm hoping it will last at least two to three years.

La verdad es que mi mujer tenía otra marca para su ordenador y yo estuve a punto de comprar la misma de otro color porque ya me iba bien, pero luego pensé que ... ¿Y si busco otra similar pero mas completa o mas fuerte?, porque mi ordenador es mas pesado y encontré esta y creo que es todo un acierto. Claro ahora es nueva y todo lo nuevo es perfecto, pero creo que seguirá siendo perfecta, se le ve bien confeccionada.
