I never thought this would work so well. I see people reviewing about their energy but I wanted to give a more tangible review. I was always a little anemic but recentlyy hemoglobin dropped to 8.4 which is moderate to severe anemia. I found this product online and bought it. At first I was taking once a day. For a month. I took my blood test about 3 weeks after I started taking once a day and it was 8.4. after getting my results I spoke with my doctor and she said you need to at least double them. I decided to triple. Please listen to your doctor this is not medical advise. Only saying what I did. I took 2 in the morning with either a little coconut water or orange juice on an empty stomach. Waited at least an hr before eating. In the afternoon/ evening I took the other before dinner again with small amount of OJ or coconut water. I went to the hematologist about 2 weeks after I started doing this. Mind you, I had a period within that 2 week period. My hemoglobin level went to 10.3 and my high platelets count normalized. Even the doctor was surprised it jumped that quickly. While tripling the dosage, I wasn't constipated. I didn't have any nausea. I decided to continue taking these pills as the whole waiting for insurance to approve IV transfusion was a pain. I'm continuing on my triple dosage per MY DOCTOR ( again check with your doctor before doing anything). And will be retested in 2 months. I'll update you all on my numbers then.

I have been trying to get my iron up for about a year and a half or so. And this is the first time I’ve had a six month jump of a significant amount! I went from 19 to 26. And these do not give me any of the bloating or constipation or other issues that come with iron. My dr was really impressed. I’m sticking with it and hope to see it keep going on. Wish they made it with higher amounts of iron

This Iron is very good!! It absorbs easily into your system and does not cause constipation. It definitely helps you. That is why I keep buying it!! You can take it on an empty stomach and it won't hurt you! 5 Stars!!

I can’t tell yet if they are helping but I do know if you put one of these in your mouth while you are opening another supplement bottle you will likely spit it out quickly cuz they not only taste nasty but they kinda burned my lips a little which seems odd!😳 probably won’t reorder……

This product shows positive results. Have been taking for about three weeks and blood test shows significant increase in iron.

This is a great iron supplement for a yone who suffers from low iron . Does not upset your stomach . It is great

Despite the many warnings in other reviews, I decided to give these a try, assuming the packaging issue would have been resolved by now. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Multiple blister packs arrived with the pill bubbles already opened and capsules loose in the box. That’s a serious problem for any supplement, especially one intended for ingestion. There’s no way to verify contamination, handling, or integrity once the packaging is compromised. This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a safety issue. Until the manufacturer figures out how to package these securely and consistently, these should honestly be recalled. I was not comfortable taking them, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either if the packaging arrives opened.
