Champion Range and Target Shooting Bags 40892 Rear Cylinder Grip Bag, Grey

Just got this Rear Cylinder Grip Bag, haven't had the chance to use it yet but it seems to be a very nice rifle rest bag. Ordered gray, which the handle strap is but the rest is black (not that I care). The material is that grippy sort of plasticized material that is often used as texture patches on other items. Someone else commented that it's too full - mine came with a velcroed-down filler neck which isn't really obvious in the pictures that would allow you to add, remove or replace the filler. The fill neck is secured by velcro on both the inside and the outside. The filler is very small styrofoam balls or beads, about 1/8" in diameter. Time will show if it holds up to repeated use or if they get crushed, but like I said you can refill it or use a different filler. I'm very happy with it, seems like a bargain for the $15 price.

My old rear bag that I had for 30 years crumbled so after looking at reviews I got this one for the price I don’t think you could find one in the same price range that would compete I did read a few reviews that some people removed some of the filling I took 4 table spoons out n fits my rifles perfectly now very happy with it well made

Too small to use as a kneeling roll for an adult. Dimensions are in the description, make sure you check em. Material seems good though. Doesnt feel cheap or poorly stitched.

I really like this little bag. As others have said it comes a little too full. However that is easily fixed by removing some of the filling. Works great under the butt stock of my rifles. All in all it has become one of my favorites at the range.

It is what it's supposed to be the problem is on one side it has Velcro and where the velcro is to put the fill in it was wide open when I unpackaged it and it took me an hour to clean all the styrofoam and plastic pellets up out of the floor it should be filled and then sealed up in my opinion but to each their own just be sure if you purchase it to be really careful when you open it it is a very small like a 1/8th inch wide piece of velcro that holds it closed which it should be at least a half inch wide or a zipper or just completely sealed

This shooter bag comes with a combination of small styrofoam balls and small plastic pellets. There is a Velcro opening to adjust the amount of fill the user prefers. The texture on the bag helps prevent sliding. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Based on a recommendation from my gunsmith, I purchased this bag. He uses a different bag, but this one had good reviews on Amazon. My thoughts after several uses: - I had to remove some of the filling to make the bag more pliable/usable. Doing this gave me better adjustability and it was easy to do. I will warn you some of the filling loves static and will stick to things. - While the material is smooth and likely waterproof, it is a bit slicker than I'd like. Still a good bag, though. - Not the lightest bag out there, but definitely in the running. - The handle it great for ensuring a good hold when using it. I added a carabiner to attach it to my pack or gun strap for ease of carry. So far, it's been a great upgrade to my setup and I would recommend it.

This bag is NOT worth what I paid for it. The fabric is not quality, it’s filled with foam and it’s a LOT smaller than the dimensions listed, over half the volume of the bag smaller actually. It says it’s 20.32x12.7x10.16 (8”x5”x4”) which is 160” squared. It’s actually 15.24x10.16x7.62 (6”x4”x3”) which is 72” squared. I might empty it and fill it up with sand to try and salvage it, but It’s quite smaller than I was expecting.

Nice little bag and works great for the size I needed. Looks good quality and has lasted great so far.

great shooting bag, is a little stiff at first but it softens up nicely after a couple uses
