I received a bunch of random letters that were supposed to spell Happy Birthday as foil balloons. However we received multiple letter U's,and J's, instead of the correct letters. highly disappointed as we did not find out until at the party venue and was left with no birthday banner.

One of the letters and heart balloons ripped so now I'm scrambling to get a replacement. Package should come with a balloon pump.

Having to put it up the night before. Come for the event and the background was on the floor stuck together. Some of the letters won't inflate.
