This bowl is perfect for the project I am working on. Soon, I will post pictures when it is done. My only suggestion would be to get the item in a smaller shipping package with extra bubble wrap. The item came in a oversize shipping box which I thought was overkill.So far, Love this bowl. Not heavy. It measures 24 inch across at top. Will workout perfectly for a bird bath I am putting together.It includes a drainage plug as well. Be prepared, this is HUGE 😀👍🏼Muchos gracias 🇵🇷

I needed a bowl to hold a large hanging fern potted in coconut coir that has to come inside in the winter. The planter I got last year was slightly too small and had drainage holes precut so it had to be lined. This one works very well for my needs—I left the drain plug in place and tested that it held water completely before putting it on a wooden plant stand. Obviously it is thinner and more flexible than a clay planter but looks fine from a distance and is easier to move (and I haven’t been able to find a round clay planter this big for sale, so that wasn’t an option anyway). It seems sturdy enough to use on its own if that is what you are looking for.

I just put together a small garden area where a deck once was. I have had ponds over the years and always enjoyed the frogs that would visit them. This, hopefully, will attract one or two (and maybe some dragonflies, as well) in the warmer months. It is very light weight and just the right size for the corner I put it in. I placed large rocks outside and inside so the frogs would be able to access it easily and I've discovered the larger birds in my yard, cardinals, brown thrashers, blue jays, etc, enjoy bathing in it and drinking from it. So win-win. Thanks for a well made product.

Pleased with the product. Replacing a similar shaped pots. Was a little disappointed that the pots received did not have the inner ridge as pictured on the product page.

Using it for flower that drape over the edge, sturdy and large enough without being so deep to waste a lot of dirt and water.

just what I wanted except ! today saw identical item at local hardware store for 20.00 dollars each!! Paid 40 dollars at Amazon always though Amazon prices pretty good from now on will shop around --- and aroundand just saw another 20 dollar one on Amazon from another seller! wow

Wow, this is large. I knew the measurements before ordering but when I took it out of the box I was still surprised at the large size. The 18" Akro-Mils GAB18000E35 Garden Bowl is "clay" colored plastic with one black plastic plug already in the bottom. For my project I used an electric drill and added five more drainage holes. I added cracked pottery in the base to also aid with drainage because succulents don't like to keep their roots wet. I added cactus dirt and four four inch plants plus some surface rocks and I was done with my succulent bowl. The bowl seems sturdy but I wouldn't want to drop it on a hard surface to test it. In fact, I know I won't be moving it very often because of the heavy total weight. Overall, I'm very pleased and will order from this brand again.

We had to cut down a Crabapple tree in our front yard. I asked them to cut the stump super level so I could put a bird bath bowl on it. After looking at several expensive options (and this might get stolen off our front lawn at some point - so the price had to stay low) I decided to go with this. It's huge, really, and made of plastic. My plan is to paint it with acrylic paints, then seal it with resin, inside and out. Then put river rocks in the bottom of it to weigh it down (this thing weighs next to nothing) so it doesn't get blown away or knocked over by squirrels or raccoons. Then fill it with water and enjoy the visiting birds in the spring. :-) I think it could last a long time.

Exactly what I needed to repot my aloe. Sturdy plastic. I purchased the same product in a smaller size last year and it hasn't deteriorated at all. Thumbs up
