Price is good, otherwise, not so much
I bought this for about $20 for my 8 year old. She learned to use it very quickly but we can't get any photos off of it. For some reason I can't fathom, all the software is on a mini-DVD. Most Macs can not read this (you must use a computer with a tray DVD). Their website shows the product but does not have the software. I've called them up several dozen times. Half the time I get a general voice mail box for messages that they never ever respond to. The other half I get a receptionist who knows nothing about the products and doesn't seem to be in the same location as customer service or tech support and acts bored when I beg for help tracking down a live person. No one I've been transferred to ever answers their phone, not once. No one ever responds to messages. In the meantime, my daughter has been deleting items to make room for new ones. Which is fine. Until it turned out her camera had a couple of very important irreplaceable pictures on it and, when she deleted a single item last night, it deleted everything on the camera.I think I would have been better off spending more money on a used older version of a similar product (something that does photos, video, music, and games, which is what she wanted).

Don't even bother
If you read all the features that this camera has you would think you were getting a bargain at that price. Well, you are really getting a camerathat is worth that price, maybe even less. After I took the first picture I realized I had made a mistake, one of the poorest quality picture I have ever seen, so I did not bother checkingout its other dozens of "features" which at first glance of the controls, looked quite an impossible task. You should save your money and go with a known brand or even buying a use one and you will still get a 100% better quality product. On the plus side, I didn't loose much, just time.
