It’s great for beginners and for people who want to improve their grammar on their own. Highly recommended for students or anyone learning English

I have used this book with my students with great success. The explanations of how to form and use different grammatical constructions in English are clear and precise. The images help beginners learn vocabulary and grammar at the same time. In particular, many foreign learners have difficulty with the structure of questions in English. This book provides good explanations and lots of practice. The book is intended to be for self-study, but I think it is too much for beginners to do alone. As a companion to regular classes, I can recommend it unreservedly.

The book is great! Grammar in Use is undoubtly my Top Favorite one! I just got a little bit bored because the last sample I bought was not properly handled. The cover was a little damaged and folded. The book was actually for a student of mine and she got a bit disappointed when I handed her the book. But the book keeps its word being of great help! It's worth buying it!

Very good book for students who are either learning English (ESL) or for anyone wanting to review essential elements of grammar, The book is intuitively organized to readily facilitate assimilation of English fundamentals for speaking or writing. The book's illustrations add interest to the reader.I sent this book to my girlfriend in Thailand so that she may improve her English writing skills. She really appreciates it and this book has stimulated her interest to improve her English.

I am English teacher in Brazil. I always recommend the books "Grammar in Use" for my students because the books are clean, clear, short, and essential for those students who intend to improve their English quickly. The book does help you to write well. When I have a doubt concerning grammar or English usage, I know I can get the answer reading that grammar.

I used the previous edition back in Europe and it got lost there. I think t is the best and most practical Grammar that you can use the whole life. I have also the two advanced ones and using all three time to time. Btw - this grammar appeared the best way to teach my kind in Europe. Far better than the hectic books they get as an official book in the school.

this edition is a bit more difficult for absolute beginners, and the progression of grammar is not as smooth as in previous editions.the index too, has changed.
