I bought a chain from Kay Jewelers that broke 3 times within the first year. I found out that it was 14 karats but hollow and very cheaply made! This chain is strong and beautiful. The only cheap thing is it's price!

I loved this chain until the day it got a little wet and turned my entire neck green even though the description says it won't tarnish or turn skin colors. It was so embarrassing I'd walked through a mister at the zoo and went to the bathroom after odd looks.. I had the dingiest dark green circle around my neck under the chain. Will not purchase again from this company!

Necklace itself is good and very durable, I’m not sure how real it is, but I can say I do like it and it looks great!They said I can get warranty on it that came with my productUnfortunately, my necklace broke and got stepped on and was broken to piecesI sent it in to get a replacement but it never came in.They did their best to try and locate the package but it was never found. They still decided ti keep their word and send me a replacement. Hopefully it will come in soon!

I truly love my new chaine it's the right size and style I have been looking for .It took my 2 years and countless others to find this one. Many thanks for this wonderful chaine .it holds my family next to my heart!!.
