Wished for a 5 but got a 1 star item.
I've bought tons of things from Amazon Warehouse Deals and have had great luck, but this was a dud. Wouldn't turn on. Tried different batteries. Held button for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, a minute ...... nothing. Dead as a opossum on the edge of the road. I was so hoping to get this and have a 5 star rating tool, but alas, just a paper weight. Luckily, Amazon returns makes it easy, but I still will miss being able to check out all the hidden crevices on mi Mini Cooper, those dark cracks in the baseKent of the house that no one dares to stick a hand into, and who knows, maybe I'd have even tried proctology ..... lol!!!!!

Big Tommy the Carpenter says, poor tool from a nice tool company.Ok, why is it a bad tool?1) Poor pictures2) When running a horizontal plane or direction the snake drops3) Have to have a phone or tablet to see the picture while snaking, which is not a totally bad thing being you will be saving the pictures on these devices anyway.Ryobi, needs to be more in contact with the trades that uses these type of tools before coming to the market place, because this tool was a "let down" of a Ryobi product.Big Tommy gives a total thumbs down.

Phone Works sucks
Dont buy phone works as it depends on the App which has lots of issues. Buy a new Bluetooth connected product from another manufacturer.

Great concept but need more refined technology especially for the camera. I had many needs for this product and based on the poor video quality I am very limited to its use now. However when I do need it, it will be worth it's weight in gold I'm sure

I'm a home inspector in Alexandria VA and have tried other versions of this device. This links readily to my android phone and takes good pics and video. Great price. Be sure the flashlight doesn't turn on when you put it in the case.
