Ordered 2, both are a bit bent - 1 worse than the other
I ordered 2 of these products for the front and back seats, and upon going to install them, I noticed that the shaft was bent on both of them with one being more so off kilter than the other. I mounted the less bent of the two and took it out for a test ride yesterday and my wife being only 5 feet tall was able to touch fine until she turned the seat opposite of the way the shaft was bent and then she couldn't reach at all. The seat seemed to go up and down just fine, but we only used it once so I didn't really get to fully test that part of it. I will have to return the products.

These are strong and have plenty of pressure to keep your seat where you want it. Great price as well I would buy again.

The seat base is mounted at an angle to the seat. One side it’s plumb, but when rotated 90 degrees it’s not plumb.
