I cannot say enough good things about this product. I have fine, super straight hair, and this is the only volumizing product to give my hair lift without being super heavy/crunchy once it dries. The spray nozzle is perfect for getting to the scalp to lift hair from the roots.Here's the best method of use for my hair: Towel dry hair after washing and separate hair into sections after combing through (I usually have about 6 parts [ear to ear] along the front to my crown and 3 part down the back from crown down. Apply two "lines" of foam into each part, then use your hands to rub the product into the hair at the scalp, working the product out to about midshaft. Blow dry hair upside down then flatiron/curl as desired. If you don't see enough lift at the scalp, make sure you add at least two "lines" of foam into each part; I haven't seen any negative effects of using too much, only if I do not use enough. Also, I recommend applying product to damp/wet hair as it "sets" and moves through the hair easier.

I've been buying Aquage uplifting foam for a couple of years - ever since I saw it on a blogger's post - and, let me tell you, this stuff works! I have thin, fine hair and I live in the south. Translation: I deal with humidity all year long and it ain't a pretty thing. This is the only product I have found that gives me some body without somehow having poofy hair. Unlike a traditional mousse, you focus a small jet of foam directly onto your scalp and smoosh (technical term) it in. From there, it is business as usual. Dry your hair and be amazed at the volume!

This lightweight, product is my favorite to use for blowdrying hair, yet adding body. I love the fact that it is not heavy, or sticky. You have no idea it is in the hair, yet when styling, it adds body, flexibility and easy to create a nice style effortlessly. I have tried many products but this one remains my favorite. This would probably be best for short, or medium length hair, and ideal for haircuts with layers and fine, thin hair. It really gives a boost. And, although costly, it works, and lasts a while since not much is needed to do the job. It is a quality product.

I am so happy that I heard about this in a hairstyle tutorial online. It has changed my hair! It really gives a lot of volume to my whole head, especially on top. I have thinning, flat hair and this stuff makes me look like I have twice the hair I really do! There is definitely a texture/stickiness to it, but that is what holds your hair up off of your head to give all the volume. I put a lot in, so maybe less would be less textured. I have dark hair and have seen no residue left from this product at all, even after leaving it in overnight and styling it without washing the second day. Love it!

I'm buying my third can of this -- great stuff, and one can lasts a long time. It doesn't do miracles to lift my long hair, but it does add a little volume at the root, especially when I blow dry upside down and blast with cool air before flipping up again. It would probably do miracles for short hair. What I like most about it, though, is what it does for day-two hair. If I know I'm going to try to get two days out of my style, I always use this because my hair looks and feels much less greasy on that second day. It's better than any dry shampoo I've found. I don't use daily, just for special occasions or when I know I'm going to skip a shampoo. You can definitely feel it in your hair -- you'll feel the bit of stiffness and grip it lends, but it doesn't itch or feel uncomfortable, and you can't see it. It stays where you put it, too, only at the roots.

I have fine hair about shoulder length and layered. Aquage Uplifting Foam is the best hair styling aid out there! It tames the frizzies while adding volume and texture. It is not stiff or sticky at all. I squirt it directly on my roots on the top of my head (3 lines - middle and one on each side) then squirt some in my hand (about the size of a ping-pong ball) and work that through the ends. Never does it feel like there is any residue, it leaves hair shiny and feeling clean! My only complain is no one around here sells it any more, so I have to order online and pay more, but it's worth it.

This stuff is amazing. I saw it on a styling video from Utube. So glad I could find it on Amazon’s site. It’s no where to be found in stores. It gives my roots just the lift they needed. And it brushes out leaving my hair still soft. Will definitely be buying more.

This works really well to give my hair volume and hold the style. It has a nice light scent that isn't noticeable once it dries. It does seem to dry out my hair a little though so I use it only a couple times a week, but I do have dry, highlighted hair, so it may not be a problem for those with other hair types.

This foam has worked really well on my fine hair. It’s easy to use (part your hair in layers and add one spray along the roots at each layer) and adds a ton of volume! Great product!

I found this product via a vlog (the small things blog on YouTube if anyone is interested.) It's really good! I have fine, straight hair and lots of it! This product adds volume and hold that lasts well throughout the day.

I wish I could buy this in canada so amazon is my only option. it is a great product for hair lift, texture and holding your set when you curl.
