Noticed that the rope that supports the swing is frayed out of the box. As i was adjusting my position in the swing today, the stitching that holds the left arm on ripped as well. Its all single stitched. Really not happy with the quality of this product. Seems like no one did a quality check on this item before it was shipped. Contacted the seller a few minutes ago. Hopefully their customer service department is better than their quality department.

Comfortable chair, but I don't like that they fall apart, at the connections! The rods do not stay in the strap "holders"! I have two that I purchased several years ago; and they were fully assembled,with holes drilled thru the rods and the strapping was pre-strung through the holes...they are secure! I would like a solution or a discount, so I can have someone FIX them!!!

Ii bought this swing last year but due to circumstances, I never got around to getting it adjusted and hung up til this summer. It was horrible to get hung right. The poles wouldn't fit into the end cup without a huge struggle. It was hard to adjust so the ropes made the swing even. BUT the worst part is the grommet in the bottom of the swing. It is there to let water drain out and not sit in the bottom of the swing and rot the material. This swing's grommet was so off center, the water wouldn't drain. The material is so heavy and bulky, it is uncomfortable to sit in. Since I bought it a year ago, I can't send it back. I've used Sky Swings for 20 years but this one was a complete failure.

The unit is attractive, price seems fair, but instructions say to: "Make a loop and knot through the large S-hook (A)...." The drawing does show a loop at the end of the 2 long slick cords and, supposedly, a knot below the loop, but no large S-hook and gives no hint on how to tie a knot that the very slick cords will not just slip out of. I tried about 5 times to tie such a knot but each time, upon pulling on the cords they slipped out of the knot. So the chair is still sitting in my porch, assembled but not hung.

1st use, the rope that goes to foot rest broke. The stitching is coming undone. I bought 6 different hammock chairs all at the same time. this one is the one I paid the most for. I feel like this one is the worst quality out of the 6 of them. I believe I want a new one or money back

Works great. Super comfy. But I'm a little concerned because the cord is fraying just from tying the knots to hang it.

Supposedly this hammock chair is rated for 350 lbs. Right out of the box the description says max weight limit 250. So I install the swing and the stitching is all coming apart and fraying before swing is even used. Not even going to risk this. Just going to send it back.Update: Nov. 26 2021Just as I suspected the chair is completely junk now. I went to sit it in it and the straps that hold the chair completely ripped out. I'm hoping the seller will issue full refund but I'm assuming it was a total waste of money to begin with. 2 updated pictures.
