Neilmed Sinugator
Great product for those that suffer from sinus issues Works extremely well for keeping your sinuses clean and making you breathe easier Extremely happy with the product and far less expensive than some of the other ones on the market

I've bought 3 of these over the past couple years
I have bought three of the Sinugators over the past 3 years. There is a good and bad reason for this. The GOOD reason being that this is the best portable sinus rinse device on the market. Waterpik used to make an awesome device but they discontinued it a couple years ago due to customer complaints. I now use the NeilMed Sinugator at least once a day and I believe it has been the main reason I haven't had the cold of flu for the past 3 years. It's an amazing feeling being able to breath freely without any obstruction. When I mentioned to my doctor that I use a sinus rinse daily he was quick to comment how it is more effective than antibiotics for most people. The Sinugator is quick and easy to use, and your sinus passageways are flushed out in 30 seconds or less. I think the idea of using a neti pot is ridiculous after using an electric device such as the Sinugator.Ok, now the BAD reason why I've purchased three of these. As other reviewers have noted, this device has the tendency to stop working after a few weeks or months. I believe my second one stopped working after 30 - 45 days. The good news is that you can fix this by removing 3 screws and pulling the guts out of the device. The metal trigger piece which has a copper connector has a tendency of corroding. This would not happen if they used a gold connector (shame on them). I personally use a small piece of fine sandpaper to clean off the corrosion and then I place a drop of oil on the connector. I'm not sure how long the layer of oil lasts, but I'd like to believe that it helps to prolong the need for another cleaning. I've had to disassemble these devices several times each over the past 3 years. In the end it is worth all the trouble. I've attached a photo of what the inside device looks like. Why 5 stars then if this device has a design flaw? Well, I personally believe that it would be hypocritical to give it less than 5 stars after buying several of them. I will probably order it again in the future unless another company comes out with something better.

This works well
Purchased this product during the winter. It was sent to me will all the materials to begin uasge immediately. My opinion is that this system is comfortable to use, size is not to large and a huge step up from the sqeeze bottles. It works well for me.

Very meh
I thought this would be an upgrade from the basic bottle that you squeeze with your hands. There's not enough power in this unit to drive the water up with enough horse to clear your nostrils. If it makes any kind of resistance, it just falls back down instead of helping push things through.I tried using it twice and was very disappointed with the results, I just went right back to using my hand squeeze unit.

Updated - great concept but unreliable product
When I use this regularly I don't have to take decongestant or antihistamine as often, if at all. Takes a few days to really start feeling the lasting effects, but you can unstuff your nose instantly. My husband refuses to try it because he does not like things going up his nose, so he is still suffering with congestion and sneezing while I am feeling much better. To me, it is about as unpleasant as getting water up your nose at the swimming pool, and you get used to it quickly.Don't try to use with plain water, as it burns like acid without the salt solution. Also, always use distilled or previously boiled water - I have read horror stories of people getting nasty, even deadly, infections from using tap water (OK to drink but if you shove it up into your sinuses any bacteria can just go to town).****UPDATED***** I bought this to replace one I had from a couple of years ago. I pulled it out from under the counter and it did not work, even after changing the batteries. I chalked it up to water getting into the battery compartment (hard to avoid the way it's designed) and bought a new one.Well, as of this morning, the new one is ALSO not working. Very annoying. I guess I will get the sinus tip and use with a regular WaterPik machine - more expensive but at least I will be able to count on it working.
