The bench is a great value for the money. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Also looks great! Highly recommend!

I bought this bench a year and a half ago, and I purposely waited to post this review until I had the opportunity to see how the bench would hold up. Well, it looks just as nice and works just as well as when I first purchased it!This was easy to assemble, attractive, and sturdy. I keep it outside, by my front door. The seat lifts up, with plenty of WATERPROOF storage underneath. I keep my mucking boots, running shoes, etc. in this bench, and everything has consistently stayed dry, even in the most blustery storms.I love the appearance and functionality of this product. It was well worth the price! Highly recommend!

Other bench is very nice! I love the wood and design. Putting it yogether was a great challenge because holes for screws were not lined up so be prepared to use the drill. Quality of screws were poor and included tool was useless. Screws were missing. The customer service was exemplary and we got the screws although the first shipment sent the wrong one. I still love the bench despite turbulent assembly. I think about getting the second one. Just need to rest after first round!

It showed ip on time and was easy to put toger it is very sturdy , looks great on my deck and very comfortable for a largr guy like me.the only issue is that it is not waterproff and "bag" is not attached and similar to a garment bag althow shaped for the box.Learning curve I guess. All in all very pleased with this item and will probably order a second once I get the rest of my yard sorted out.ooking good.

It took about an hour for me and a helper to put it together. It is sturdy, attractive, and functional.

I was skeptical when ordering this bench from Amazon. It arrived in a large heavy box and I was a little intimidated about building this myself. It took less than an hour and is sturdy and beautiful!!

Yesterday, in the middle of assembling this storage bench, I was ready to rate it at 1 or 2. Today, I have calmed down. The final product is very nice to look at and offers good storage room with seating on top. (It is too early for me to opine on durability, weather resistance and so on.)In my experience, all the criticisms of the assembly challenge from other reviewers are right on.The hinges were backwards.I stripped two of the long furniture screws trying to install them.The angle for driving the hinge screws was a headache.I ended up buying several 3 1/2 inch replacement screws (#14 gauge, the biggest they had) and back-up 5/8 inch hinge screws from Ace. (These screws do not match the originals in color nor exact size.)The internal liner is not a serious part of the product, in my opinion. Though it fits fine, it is very lightweight and does not really serve a function..The instructions were fine, but the hardware was not. The final product is so far, very nice.

I truly loved this when I saw it and had to have it it fits perfect for where we wanted it, pretty easy to put together( from what my husband says) he did say it would been easier with 2 people though.. it’s sturdy and the color is perfect, it has slots on seat so yes water will go through it but the “cover” inside looks like it drains the water pretty well haven’t had a bad rainstorm yet to know 100% yet though. But I would definitely buy again with how it is so far !
