This is the second of these collars that I have ordered for my dog. The first lasted about 2 years before I decided it was time to replace it from general wear. The padding is great and my old dog doesn't miss it at all. She has a super chubby neck and the collar is very adjustable which made fitting easy. It cleans and dries easily and quickly. Value is great. Clip is durable and held up beautifully with the first collar, as I'm sure this one will as well. Highly recommend !

My dog & I love this collar. It’s light, so soft on the inside & seems durable. This is the only collar I’ve found that hasn’t irritated my dog’s extremely sensitive skin & he doesn’t try to take it off. The medium grey fits my 22# pug with lots of room to grow & looks stylish on his black coat. I worried about the velcro, but it’s not an issue. The scratchy side of the velcro is completely covered & doesn’t snag on anything. There is a separate plastic tab to hang ID tags. I would prefer that to be metal, but it’s small & lays down flat, so no complaints. I use a harness for walking, so I can’t comment on the collars performance with a leash, but for all other intents & purposes it’s a great collar. I would definitely recommend for any dog that is prone to rashes or has collar sensitivities.

I have a pittbull mix that has pulled nonstop on every walk his entire 5 year existence. Those collars are strong enough to hold him and flexible enough he doesn’t hurt himself. They also look excellent in both of my dogs. I’ve bought them a couple times now over the last few years and I don’t see any reason to change these work great.

Good quality nicely padded. I wish the velcro wasn't exposed when you size it larger. I also wish they didn't leave some of padding loose. Would be better if it was attached to the collar. But overall it's comfy for my dog.

My dog has sensitive skin and allergies so I'm really particular about her collars. This one is exceptionally soft all the way around. I like how easy it is to adjust the size with the Velcro on the outside and how it says put while other collars loosen easily. I wish it came in more fun colors as I'd buy more!

I bought this collar for a specific purpose: my dog is naked. Well, he's a pitbull with little to no hair. His previous nylon collar was chaffing him a little and causing him to break out on his neck. I was hoping that the neoprene on the Mighty Paw collar would be softer and not rub so much. Apparently my knowledge of friction was lacking as the Might Paw collar rubs substantially more. We had to retire it after a week. Additionally, this collar is adjusted by a velcro strap. It is much more sturdy than it looks, but my dog loosened his collar several times while scratching his ear. The last thing I don't understand is an extra plastic piece by the metal tag loop. It's not bothersome, I just don't understand why it's there.Aside from these issues (which are probably specific to me and my dog), the collar seems nicely designed and built. I really like the reflective stitching and the collar has received numerous compliments. I think as far as running, i don't understand how the neoprene is supposed to make the collar more comfortable. I strongly prefer running my dog with any type of harness. I would prefer to give this collar a 3.5/5 rather than 3, but at the end of the day, it just didn't cut it for me.

I was so upset when I couldn't find this collar on Chewy anymore! It's so comfortable and firm enough for a 54 pound Labrador Retriever who loves to drag you everywhere. A large is still his size, and the grey collar looks great with his black coat. I've never had any issues with the ring snapping, the only problems I've had are human error. You think you've snapped the collar into place and next thing you know you're out the door and the collar comes flying off. So make sure it clicks on before you're outside! Also, this collar is great because it's adjustable. So even if you accidentally get a size smaller you may be able to adjust it, unless of course, you have a growing dog and their neck will only expand. Measure around correctly, loose, and not too tight to the skin to avoid getting a smaller size. I wash this collar and dry it in the dryer so after a year and a half it may come apart, but it's good for two years. I dare say three without a wash, at your risk of mites or allergens of course. Anyway, we're on our third collar, this our forever collar.

I bought this collar for my German Shepherd while she was still in the growing phase. Collar is easy to adjust, high quality, and stood up to the time test. I'd still be using this collar if my furry friend didn't out grow it. Definitely a good purchase.
