My husband picked this out for the space where we enter our home during non-holiday season (I have holiday hangings there during the big holidays). The hanging is durable, and just as cute in person, however I thought it might be at least somewhat textured given the wood-look, and it is not. It hangs by a single hole, which is center-mounted (which I prefer) through the compressed board, which is why the smooth texture. For the price, you get a good product, but for most who like the wood-look these days, I would pay a few extra dollars for the texture, but that's just being nit-picky.

I think it is a nice piece. It is not to thin and not to thick. It fits perfect on my scrabble wall. I am very pleased with it. It is a smooth surface, not wood, but it appears wood like.

I love the words and sentiment of this wall sign. It made a lovely addition to a gift basket I was giving to a family member. My only disappointment was that in the picture it had the appearance of wood (even though it said wood MDF). It looks nothing like wood in person but was still happy with the purchase.

This is the perfect gift.... I say that because I got it for my cousin's wife whom I've never met and lives in another state and she showed me pictures of it from when she received it and it was really nice to be able to give her something to welcome her to our family...
