Works good for an IV. Good quality.

Product received was *not* a Baxter Dual-Vent. It's a McKesson (Med Stream) MS721 without a vented spike. It's also somewhat shorter at 81" and has double the flow rate. For home veterinary uses like subcutaneous fluid administration, this probably doesn't matter (faster flow rate might actually be a plus). However, medically they are distinct products with very different use cases. Do not get this if you need a IV drip line with a vented spike.

I work in the medical field as an acute care provider, and always keep an emergency medical bag with me when I am on extended trips outdoors. I practice wilderness medicine, and these are a must have.The tubing and drip chambers are comparable to hospital quality and have no issues with tangling or linking.The packing is quality, and I have no concerns about sterility.I have run both straight NS, as well as LR and added antibiotics and have had zero issues.

Many of these items leak at the luer lock site.
