Doesn't work. Was a gift for someone else but Amazon tied it to my account and despite troubleshooting and everything else it still doesn't work. Now my granddaughter can't use her Christmas gift. Amazon Alexa products are turning out to be pure junk. Two echo dot 4s and a firestick that are pure junk
