ITEM IS NOT WORKING
Hi, I received the parcel but handset 2 is not charging. I tried in different switches , but its not charging. Guide me what to do or refund so I can buy from someone else. I already waited to much to get this parcel.

Disappointed, US plugs instead of 3-pin.
In the questions and answers they stated that the power adapter comes with UK (3-pin) plugs, instead it arrived with US plugs. Not suitable for UAE. Returned unfortunately.

Please get me a refund for this product?
Its a v bad product, perhaps i got a defective piece? The phone is not getting charged at all and constantly gives the message “base no power” and not charging! All this with the power plug connected and switched on! Do not buy it from here. It seems not genuine. appreciate if i can get a refund please.
