If you are a natural dark blonde and you want to lighten your hair in a way that looks natural and sun-streaked, this product is amazing! This hydrogen peroxide is non-irritating and works beautifully. Currently, I use it about once a week before showering--I spray my hair with water to get it damp and then I spray the peroxide into my hair using a glass spray bottle. I comb it through to make sure there are no patches and that it is evenly distributed. Then I blow-dry my hair on a hot temp since heat activates it to work better/faster. After it is fully dry and has gotten a good amount of heat, I put my hair up in a bun and let it sit for 15 mins or so. Then I hop in the shower and wash my hair like normal! Right now I spray it all over my hair for an all-over lightening effect, but once my hair has gotten to the blonde I want, I will only spray my roots and probably only do that once or twice a month rather than every week--just takes time to get your hair to the blonde you want first. I use Calia Organics shampoo and conditioner and my hair does not become dry or damaged or brittle as it does from full-on hair dyes. I also only wash my hair a few times a week to prevent overwashing dryness. If you like the effect of sun-in, this stuff is even better because there are no questionable ingredients. Just Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Highly recommend, but only to natural dark blondes. If your natural color is brunette or darker, there is a definite risk that this would make your hair go orangey so beware.

I have been adding this to my laundry at the laundromat and I feel like I can smell, feel and see a change in my clothing when it comes out. Everything feels and smells cleaner to me. I have also used it for cleaning the bathroom as well and it works great. I do wish it was a little cheaper but I am happy for the value as it is something I am using and better to use instead of harsh chemicals.

most HP is not food grade but when rinsing my mouth its nice to know if I swallow some, it will be OK. Using it on wounds is amazing

I'm satisfied with this product. I use it as an weekly additive to the water used in my self watering garden to control algae growth. I've only had for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a definite reduction in algae grown. I've been experimenting with the dosage. Started at 1 tsp per gallon of water and now at 2 tsp per gallon. I think I keep it there for now. For food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide, you really can't beat the price. I really didn't want to buy the 35% strength because it was just too expensive. This bottle will last the whole season and the cost is reasonable. I'll buy another bottle next year when the season starts again. Besides, I've read that the strength diminishes over time since no preservatives are added (like the store bought brown bottles). One year is about the shelf life I expect and it'll be used up by then. I would highly recommend this product to others. Enjoy!
