Its comforting , specially at the days when you can't sleep because of your anxieties this mask forcefully keeps your eyes close and gives a cold feeling even if you use it at room temperature . I am satisfied with the product .

May be it can be use for cold treatment but for warm treatment that medically advised it’s not much useful .. as it’s only stay warm for maximum 3-4 minutes .Overall It’s easy to use , can be perfect to cold treatment for tiredly eyes. It’s good , easy to use , a detachable band also came with it ..when u place it for hot and cold you can detach it and after attach it for perfect applying or compression over eyes .. but for warm compression I m not satisfied .. because for medically adviced warm compression you need to put warm compression on eyes for at least 5-10 minutes but it only stay warm for 3-4 minutes .. that’s why it’s not much suitable for warm compression.
