Fabulous deal!!!
The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous machine! Not a scratch, not a nick, perfect condition. Registered warranty through HP without a hitch. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS... except; UPDATE - I went in to upgrade the 1TB HDD to a 2TB WD Blue and found the currently installed HDD was GLUED in place. Can't be removed without destroying the internal hardware chasis. ~Wasted $48 and a week's worth of time. So now I have to upgrade the SSD instead to a 1 or 2TB unit instead. I guess I'll use the 2TB HDD for a media server in the meantime, but still, kind of shabby. I have to assume the original machine was not set up for an HDD.

Dont do gaming, but am pleased with what I use it for.
Exactly what I expected, a well built (somewhat heavy) large screen laptop, that will spend its life on a countertop. I am not a fan of the small screens and lightweight construction. Have had many HP laptops, this one did not disappoint.

This HP computer it's amazing I really am so happy I got it I've always had HP computers but as time goes on it just keeps getting better and better thank you so much for an awesome product that I truly need for work

Excellent Laptop
This is a great device with a beautiful screen. It’s solid for a variety of tasks ranging from lite gaming to video editing and graphic design. I have no regrets in purchasing this laptop.

Junk
This laptop is not what the seller claims- the battery life is not even 2 hours without being plugged in and it keeps shutting down on its own. Now, it’s outside the return period after spending over a $1,000 on this junk. Don’t waste your money.

Does NOT come with Windows 10 !!
It's a fine laptop, but I bought it thinking that it would come with Windows 10 Home which is the main reason we bought it. Well, surprise - it comes with Windows 11 which is not at all what we wanted. Poor product description, Amazon.
