The Wakesurf Edge Mega is engineered to maximize wave height and length. With an enormous, concave water-channeling wing and patented wave-making technology, the Wakesurf Edge Mega dishes out some serious push. The Mega is made with heavy boats in mind - if you have at least 2000 lbs in ballast, the Mega will really shine. Note that the Mega performs best when placed a few feet up from the back of the boat. Only move it all the way back if your wave is looking washed out. If your wave looks kind of flat, move your Mega forward. Place it deep enough so that it is barely under the water while you are surfing. Place it so that there are a few inches of gray wing sticking out of the water when your boat is at rest. Upgrade your wave with the Wakesurf Edge Mega. Compatibility: the Wakesurf Edge Mega is meant for boats with at least 320HP and a ballast system. Otherwise, stick with the Wakesurf Edge Pro2 shaper. A wake sports propeller can also improve performance. Intended for inboard boats only. Not recommended for jet boats.
