I used it with a sweat zip vest or tank top. Stimulates sweat well during high intensity exercise, like a sports game or hiking. Did not get the same sweat effect with casual gym weight workout or simple walks. I like the scent. Not sure if the orange burn cream is better. Gonna finish tub and then compare again with the orange cream.

I’ve tried a of internet lotion in hopes to not be a potato. I’m still a potato. Although, this lotion did make me feel… alive. And the smell was ight

Yoooo! This stuff really gets hot!! 🥵🔥🔥 If you are doing a long workout it’s perfect if you are doing a short workout it’s good too. Either way make sure you wrap yourself with plastic wrap or a waist trainer or something and you will definitely feel the burn! If you are doing a short workout stay wrapped and the heat will continue. Definitely a good investment.

Product got warm like it should, but it did do what was advertised. Saw no difference at all.
