They arrived quite fast altho I meant to order the cakes so was somewhat surprised to see the cookies! They did taste good, maybe a bit stale but otherwise good.

I have never tried Marinela, Gansito Fruit Filled Mallow Cookies. I thought they were ok as far as flavor, but they lacked that good feeling you get when eating a treat. I feel that Twinkies, and Hostess Cupcakes are more tastier than these cookies.

Not the cookies. Only had 9 in the box not 10 like advertised. Disappointed, do not buy product not same as on box.

Honestly I bought these from a 7-Eleven and not Amazon so my review is only on the product itself.I bought these because it resembled my favorite Little Debbie snack cake, Jelly Cream Pies, and after looking at them and being coaxed by the 7-Eleven guy to buy them I did.Honestly, for my first time eating a Gansito product, I didn't hate it. What is strongest about this cookie is that the flavor very much resembled Jelly Cream Pies in a cookie form and I was quite delighted.The chocolate on the outside is a little richer than milk chocolate. I thought the dark chocolate sprinkles on top were a nice touch for presentation but do absolutely nothing for the overall flavor except maybe ruin it by their bitterness and just flake off when you bite into the cookie and just fall onto whatever surface you're eating them on.Overall on the inside I found the cookie to be much like what other reviewers said, a little stale. With that said I almost didn't mind it, however, for the layer of marshmallow cream and strawberry in between which looked very uneven from cookie to cookie and was not exactly centered like the picture. That saved this cookie overall, the jelly being uneven, otherwise it probably would have almost been like biting into a stale moon pie that had probably been sitting under the seat of your dad's pickup truck for 15 years.In fairness, the cookie part wasn't bad but wasn't great, was just very stale shortbread and just meh overall.The thickness and size were completely off from the actual product on the packaging. I can see where some reviewers got confused that these more closely resembled snack cakes, as I did also. The size of the packaging makes it seem like they are bigger than they actually are until you open it up. See cookie in my large hand picture for size comparison.Overall not a bad cookie but probably wouldn't buy these again. They apparently also come in snack cake form which to me honestly just seems like you should just go with the Little Debbie version anyways. You'll lose the sprinkles on top but you'll get an overall fresher taste.I would say definitely give them a try, but maybe don't have high expectations and also go to your local gas station where you can get the same exact product for like $2. These are NOT worth the money Amazon is charging for them, they're also not worth the effort to get shipped.They're good enough for a quick sweet fix but they kind of left me wanting something better. Your mileage may vary.
