The quality but it may not be legal in California
It is not legal to use it in California. It is not just your car will look like a cop car. It is your red flashing light that is only allowed to use for emergency vechiel, and the blue flashing light is for a cop car. The law said it is not allowed on the vehicle, and I am not sure it is legal to use it in the vehicle.

These suck... they break immediately and the solar dosent work... what a waste of money... don't buy anything from this company... 3 times getting burned is my fault. Nothing they make is worth spit

One works part time the other not at all. Charged both long time. I ordered twice and all four failed after just a few days. These are JUNK!
