Our Vegan Yogurt Culture contains 30 capsules as each capsule make 500ml of Yogurt or can be consumed directly. Contains a blend of bacteria like Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Bifidobacterium Longum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Fructo-oligosaccharides. Usage - Heat non-dairy milk, Open the Vegan Yogurt Culture Capsule & add the content in the milk. Allow the mixture to come down to room temperature. Ferment at room temperature & refrigerate. Enjoy delicious Vegan Yogurt. Add a little bit of sugar, (although optional for Rice & Cashew milk) help promotes the fermentation process and improve flavour.
