I vastly prefer the poly carbonate molds as they produce a much shinier finished product.I also wasn’t crazy about the fact that the bar I made didn’t break apart evenly. It’s a shame as I love the design of these little pyramids.

This mold makes really pretty chocolate bars, but the letters and numbers it leaves on the sides are not clean and professional.

These are the best molds I’ve used. So easy to remove. Can make the bars thinner by filling halfway which is about 3 oz or add another teaspoon for thicker 4 oz bars. Fits nice In plastic bar wrappers.
