After a series of UTIs over last year with no explanation I decided to give this a try. My physician said it couldn't hurt so I got it. At first I was only taking one a day or I would forget to take it. Just being honest here. One day I started feeling like I was getting a UTI and bumped dosage to the recommended amount. Feeling went away. This happened twice. I cannot prove I had a UTI but I've had enough to know what it starts out with. After the second time of feeling better after taking recommended dose I decided it was time to quit cooking around. I did get tested now e. No UTI. So starting now I am going to be taking the two a day. We will see what the future brings but I feel pretty confident now

As a probiotic this wreaked havoc on my GI tract for 3 days~ then Nothing. When I say wreaked I mean like I was doing a cleanse. Burning was involved. As UT relief, it's been amazing. Life changing relief. To give you background, I've been taking ProB's for years. Had a GI surgery a year ago that threw everything off & now I must take them. Another side effect of the surgery is, if things stop moving, causes an unbelievable pain on my bladder, which cranberry juice/Cystex helps. I can count on one hand how many UTI's I've had in my life. Now it feels like all the ones I missed out on are ganging up on me. So while l am beyond grateful for the bladder/kidney relief, it's creating a double edged sword that the actual ProB is a fail. Too weak to keep things moving so the feeling of being doubled over returns. Tried going back to my old ProB & bladder pain returns. So I supplement this one with cider vinegar & water or, TruWild's powder to water. An avocado @ day also does the trick. Disappointed bc I've used Garden of Life ProB before & they were amazing. Seems like the ProB was compromised for the cranberry. I'm taking the win with the bladder relief bc that is the more urgent need. So if you need UT/Bladder relief & want the added bonus of a ProB, This is exactly what you're looking for.

Great product. I have allergies so these are a great find and they work. Just purchased 2 bottles and they don't expire until 2027. Perfectly sealed as well.

Size is capsule is too large. Encasing it in capsule helps product to not get wasted by gastric juices. Can't take it without capsule now. And swallowing it is a task.

No side effect. 2nd purchase.
