This first aid spray is the bees' knees! If I was stranded on an island and could have only one multi-purpose first aid spray, this would be the one. This spray has only 5 ingredients: Water, a little alcohol, grapefruit seed extract, and the essential oils of tea tree and lemon. That's it. No polysyllabic chemicals, no parabens, no Sodium Laurel Sulfate, no DEA (Diethanolamine), no petroleum-based oils or other carcinogenic or estrogen-inducing junk (the bad 2-OHE form, not the important 16'-OHE1 form, ladies!) This spray by Nutribiotics is about as natural as it comes. Not only is it natural, it is extremely effective. One of its best uses is to stop itching. I've compared its effectiveness side-by-side on mosquito bites with benedryl lotion, calamine lotion, and cortisone cream, and the Nutribiotic spray wins, hands down. Not only does it control itch as well or better than any of these other things, but it lasts far longer than all of them. Put the spray on a bug bite or poison ivy rash, etc., and that one application will probably control the itch for 8 to 10 hours or longer without need for re-application. Both tea tree oil and grapefruit seed extract are outstanding germicidal agents, so on minor cuts, burns and scrapes, I reach for the spray now where I used to go for whatever triple antibiotic ointment I happened to have in the medicine cabinet. Because of the essential oils it contains, not only is it effective in controlling the pain of sunburn, but the oils actually help to keep the affected skin areas hydrated, hence speeding the recovery from sunburn. One personal tip I'll pass along that I've found beneficial is to take a new bottle of the spray and add to it about 2 or 3 small eye-droppers full of a good, natural vitamin E oil (for purity it's hard to go wrong with Sundown Naturals Pure Vitamin E Oil, 70000 IU 2.5 fl oz ), and about the same of a natural vitamin D3 oil (a good choice here is Carlson Labs Ddrops Liquid Vitamin D3 4000 IU ). In addition to being potent antioxidants and topical skin healers, it helps add to your vitamin D levels by absorbing the D3 directly though the skin, exactly as the body was designed to do after exposure to sunlight. It's a tough combination to beat. With or without my own personal modifications, the Nutribiotis spray gets a big two thumbs up!

Always take this while traveling. Great for sunburns and mosquito bites! Also used this for canker sore and took the pain away and healed it quickly!

This really heals good, better than other products I have tried. The only problem is that after several uses, the sprayer no longer works ! I have to open the bottle and dab it on with a cotton pad. They need to improve the sprayer.

I am a big fan of this product and use it for minor scrapes and skin irritation. It is soothing and healing and has a pleasant scent. I recommend it highly and always keep a bottle on hand.

I'm so glad they came out with GSE spray! Great for cuts and burns, and we have even used the spray on our dogs! It's great for animals because it dries fast! I have been a faithful GSE user for 13 years. The liquid form(squeeze bottle/original) is the best for stomach bug, cuts, burns from oven and curling irons! If you put it on immediately when you have a cut or burn, it won't blister or scar. This product will clear up red, dry, cracked hands within 3 days is u use it 4 to 6 times a day. All mechanics, ranchers, hunters or any men with cracked thumbs or dry hands, should own all of the GSE products. Hairstylist, chef's, nurses, mom's should own all of the GSE products! I'm exciting to try the new ointment also. This truly is the best product and I have many of my past hair customers using it. A lot of the men at a ranch/private hunting lodge that I use to work at used the original squeeze bottle GSE for their hands. The spray is great because it is so easy to apply and dries fast! LOVE IT!!

Good spray for skin irritations

Very handy product for active family. The pump works efficiently (not sloppy or too wet and not too sparse/dry nor tending to clogging up). The spray is very lite like aerosol almost, thus one is able to leave a gentle even cover of the protective remedy on the surface. We have found the formula effective for wound care to sunburn to rashes. When the skin is not broken, the spray is soothing; with broken skin, some say it is a bit stingy. I personally call that a good sign, and since the spray is lite, one is not over treating.

Excellet product for any skin irritations, purely natural and no chemicals - I use it on my pet dogs feet when she gets allergies. Equally good for use on humans and animals. I’d recommend having it in your first aid kit.

I carry this round with me now. Just spray on broken skin and it heals without infections. It contains grapefruit seed oil as well as other natural ingredients. Nice size and lasts ages.
