The Wayfar dehumidifier arrived very quickly on the day after placing the order. After allowing the unit to acclimatize for 24 hours we turned it on and it has been running almost constantly for the past week. The unit is sleek, compact and quiet enough so that it does not interfere with conversation or the TV volume. However, the instruction manual leaves much to be desired in that it contains multiple spelling and grammatical errors to the point where some instructions are confusing and incomplete. Overall we are happy with the performance of the unit. So far, it seems to be doing a good job extracting moisture from the air as we have to empty the water bucket at least twice a day and condensation on our windows has been reduced. I would have given "easy to use" five stars if the operating instructions in the user manual had been more clear.

The unit itself is very good. It is quiet and very efficient as removing moisture from the air. Only issue is the storage tank is ridiculously small. The unit has to be emptied twice a day and only holds about 20-30% of what a standard dehumidifier tank would hold. Makes it impossible for this to be in use when nobody is home. Other than this massive design flaw, it is a great unit.

We purchased this dehumidifier for our basement of our new home 3 years ago and it has worked amazing for us! We have loved that you can control the humidity level with multiple different levels and the wide space it works in! Our machine stopped working this summer and I reached out to customer service, they were nothing but amazing! They have us multiple options and even after 3 years, they are sending us a brand new dehumidifier free! This has been a great experience with the company, I would buy again and would recommend!

This is a great quality dehumidifier ! It has changed the air quality of our basement for the better. I also really appreciated the customer service of Waykar, where it way easy and fast to get a new sensor replacement when needed!

I was very pleased with this machine during its 16 month lifespan. It was a powerhouse in my approx. 800 square foot basement apartment. It's quite loud (when you're in the same room as it) but tolerable as the noise was just pushed air with no overbearing motor sound. Like a powerful floor fan on high. Unfortunately it suddenly started freezing over, rendering it almost completely ineffective. Even though I was 4 months out of warranty, I figured it wouldn't hurt to reach out to Waykar. After some back and forth via email, it was determined that the machine was toast. They offered me a brand new unit even though they had zero obligation to do so. They suggested a different model which I did try, but it didn't work out in my space. They've now offered me another model as sadly this one is out of stock. My fingers are crossed I will like it as much as I did this one and that I will get more than a year's use of it! I am fully confident that their amazing customer service will be there to help me should I experience any problems again. It's due to that customer service that I would recommend this brand to others. They obviously care greatly about their customers satisfaction. Such a thing seems to be rare these days.
