Instructions are a nightmare
Wow, to say the instructions suck would be an understatement. Not only are the written instructions not formatted in any coherent manner whatsoever, but they abbreviate a bunch of stuff without even telling you what it is.. Within the instructions, are different sets of instructions for similar products? RGS extension - Does this come with it; idfk? The thing is, they know the instructions suck; so there are a bunch of QR codes to scan that leads you to some of the worst possible YouTube footage about how to set it up. The camera is flying all over and the dudes hands are basically all you're looking at. Near the end of the videos you can kinda see how its supposed to look (you certainly can't tell from the included instructions as the pictures have about 20 dotted lines and arrows all over the place). Soo you watch 20 times, pause, re-wind, re-pause, watch again and finally have it done -- but notice an entire extra piece left over.. and a seperate QR code for that piece. So again you get another coffee and watch this video 20 times to see how to attached the RGS (right-gear-shift?) extension and of course once you do, you then see that there is no possible way to attach the shifter to this extension with the provided pieces - and no YouTube video on how to attach the shifter to the RGS extension.. what a god damn nightmare for this price!!!

Works Great, but it does not fit under chairs.
Fantastic product! Pedals do not move when using them and construction is robust. Everything stays in place when locked down. There advertisement shows it can easily fold up and go under a couch... maybe I did something wrong when assembling mine - I do not have any couch or chair that this could actually fit under. But I bought it to use it and it works awesome!Do not waste your time trying to put it together with the supplied instructions. Do yourself a favour and go right to their Youtube site when you are assembling it. If you thought Ikea instructions were bad, these ones are way worse. But YouTube setup video more than makes up for it and once I gave up on the instructions and found the video I had it together super quick.

This + Ikea POANG loung chai = yes.
Fantastic product to pair with an IKEA lounge chair (POANG). It's solid, does not move around at all and is highly ergonomic. Along with the RGS shifter mount, you get an additional plate to screw onto the main bar. That means 3 plates, for 3 different peripherals. Wheel, Shifter and Handbrake... What more do you need? Furthermore, this stand can easily be folded in half and stowed away into a closet. Brilliant design, solid materials, and easily the best choice to make if you're not buying a full-on sim racing cockpit.

I bought this product for my boyfriend (Christmas present) who is a big player of racing car games and truck simulator games. It takes less places then 2 small tables that you can buy at the corner store and it has a very good quality. There is a lot of fine ajustements tant you can make : tilt steering (up down left right) and same for the shifter. Price is a little expensive but if you can afford it, it worth it. The online insctruction on youtube on how to set up are very clear and easy to understand too.

I have a G920 wheel with shifter that was attached to a sturdy solid oak dining room table
Product Review:I have a G920 wheel with shifter that was attached to a sturdy solid oak dining room table. My main sims right now are assetto corsa and project cars but I also play a lot of Forza Horizon 3 and F1 2016.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a wheel and shifter mount that can be setup and stored away with ease. It took me about an hour to adjust from the upright position of my oak table setup to the wheel stand but I don't ever want to go back to playing that way. As other reviewers have noted the stand does not adjust very high so I am using an Ikea Poang chair and both products work great together. I recommend purchasing some velcro straps for cable management. The solid oak table I was using was about as immovable as it gets and I don't find any differences with the stand under use. It can tip fairly easily if you pull on the wheel or shifter deliberately but when driving with your feet on the pedals I have never felt any instability (about ~10 hours use so far). Very happy with the shifter mount! I think it's worth the extra cost because I can position it perfectly beside me and I feel like it gives the whole base extra stability. I haven't tried the steering wheel shift mount so I can't give an opinion on that. Even pressing down to get into reverse feels very stable.Shipping Review:Shipped promptly after order! Received in a couple days when the initial estimate was over week. Very satisfied!
