This Zinus platform bed is everything I hoped for in a quality bed. The assembly went very well. I had it completed in no time by myself, a 65 year old woman! The ratchet allen wrench provided was very thoughtful and easy to use overall. (I didn’t see it with the parts right away)The detail work on the upholstery is neat and clean with no puckering. The fabric is a tight weave in variegated colors of gray giving a rich depth to the coloring and is smooth to the touch. The detailing on the headboard is beautiful. The panel is stitched and tufted with the buttons firmly attached. One wish would be: a bit taller so I could see all the detail which is behind the pillows.The frame seems very sturdy and fit together seamlessly. It was very handy having the frame panel screws in place so all I had to do was loosen them with the allen wrench and slip in the appropriate piece. The Velcro attachment of the slats makes their placement very easy. The plastic legs are robust and screwed into place with long sturdy screws.I’m loving it so far. It gives my room the rich finished look I was looking for.

I've had expensive bed frames and inexpensive bed frames. I'd categorize this one as inexpensive. I would also categorize it as incredibly well made and easy to put together.A lot of care went into the design of this bed to ensure that one person of limited engineering intelligence could put it together (about 45 minutes). Additionally, the bed is machined with care. All the parts fit and the bolts thread well in the wood. Also, they provide spare parts and mark them that way....and a high quality ratchet (as well as the traditional Allen wrench).The bed itself is incredibly stable. I just moved to an upstairs apartment and i was afraid my old rickety bed frame was going to aggravate my downstairs neighbor (if you get my meaning). That's not going to be a problem with this bed. It is solid! Light weight, but tight as a drum!I don't usually right reviews, however, if you're on the fence about this bed, get off the fence and purchase it.

Super easy to put together. Did it in 1 hour by myself. Packaging was great and done with care. Great materials for the price and super sturdy. No shifting or noise when the boyfriend is over. I'm very happy with this product. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Easy to put together and sturdy bed frame, was able to do it solo in just about an hour

Its been almost a year. This bed is solid, looks great. Putting it together was easy, however, there was some confusion with the directions for the screw bracket thing for the headboard. Started to put it in wrong..put hole in fabric, but rechecked directions and figured it out.. just needs to be bigger more clearer picture.. and maybe velcro along tops of slats. very happy with it so far.

I received this on 4/4/23 so I haven’t even had this 24 hours yet. This was by far the easiest product I’ve assembled ever. I’ve had basic bed frames that were harder to put together. Assembly alone gives it 5 stars. It was comfortable to sleep on. Way more comfortable than metal bed frames. I will leave this review at 5 stars unless something occurs in the near future that changes my opinion. Currently this is something that I would suggest to family and friends.

Great value, very sturdy, easy to put together and somehow comes in a box. Our daughter has been using it for a year and it looks as good as the day we bought it. 100% recommend, very low profile. The only issue can be that a mattress slides easily over the base so it can become displaced. We lay down a piece of mesh used to put under area rugs so they don’t slip on hard floors (very thin, inexpensive and easy to find) and poof - no more issues with slipping.

I adore this bed! I was really worried about buying a bed online without getting to see the quality of it first. But with being on a budget, and covid 19 closing majority of the stores, online shopping it was. I was originally going to purchase a cheap set, however this one caught my eye last minute and I’m so happy it did! Everything came Packaged inside the headboard, which unzips on the back to store the slats, legs and side panels. It comes with an Allan key to assemble, however I recommend if you have the appropriate drill bit, use that instead to save time! My boyfriend and I took turns doing this by hand and it took awhile. The bed was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and it took maybe 45 minutes to an hour all said and done. I also want to note how sturdy this bed is. It may not be made of the best quality material, but I am a plus sized woman, and the BF is also on the heavier side and this bed supports us both with no issue. That being said, I wouldn’t run and jump on it, but you can participate in regular bed like activities without worry it will fall apart. It’s also very cute/stylish. I like that also if you ever move, you can pack everything back up into the headboard for convenience! I really like this bed and it was perfect for what I was looking for and the price point made it even better! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple yet stylish bed that won’t break the bank!

Love the fabric, love that the parts were in the headboard. And the foam coated slats are great. I wish the headboard was a tiny bit taller. Not that tall above my 9” foam mattress.

The king size has slightly different dimensions and it works well for my 10" mattress where the mattress comes up to the line before the buttons, so the headboard is not too short so that you can't see it. It was easy to assemble. It hasn't been making any noise yet but I will update if it starts to. Came with a lot of plastic packaging :(12/08/2021: Purolator is backed up on special handling orders and gave me the runaround when I was trying to find out where my delivery was. The bedframe took almost two weeks to arrive (with Prime. Ordered Nov 24, arrived Dec 7). Also, it is a two person job to carry it and pretty much impossible to get up stairs (the king size, at least). Once you get it inside and the box open you can carry it in parts no problem.
