The media could not be loaded. I really liked that. This was small, compact, and very portable as well. It has a USB port, and buttons on the device to control basically everything, except one thing. The only thing that I dislike about this product, is that the only way you can turn it on is from the remote. No matter how many times you try, if you try to turn the device on from the power button, it will not. All it will say is “OFF.” It’s a little noisy, but just use the volume button on the remote, and not necessarily on your TV, then you should be good. Overall, great product. I sure haven’t had any bad experiences with it, and the graphics on it are really great as well. For the amount of money you pay, it is worth every penny.

I had a seller on EBAY, ship me dvd's coded for EUROPE. This solved my problem.

Good item

This DVD player is a great deal, it's not fancy and feels lightweight.Some of the movies I like to watch are from the UK and some aren't available on Blu-ray so I got this one for those DVDs.The sound is a little crappy but I have found that even on my 700 dollar Blu-ray player the sound isn't great on most of the movies from the UK.If you need an inexpensive no region DVD player I think this is a good option.. by order of the PFB

I purchased this product approx. 2-3 weeks before my granddaughters birthday. It was given to her on her birthday. Upon connecting the device to her TV, the loading door would not open completely. Her mother brought it back to me to return. I immediately reordered another device(not from this company). I was put in touch with the seller regarding a refund. They sent me troubleshooting instructions. These did not fix the device. I notified them of this. I have not received a refund yet. Poor business!

I was disappointed this item had visibly been re-cycled from a previous purchaser. The original box was dented and visibly had been opened and re-secured, The protective film on the player removed and original customer shipping label was covered over on the box. I would have returned the item if my kids had not been so anxious to watch their new holiday DVDs.

Pictures quantity, compact, remote control and value for the money

I bought this just to watch a box set of a show I love but could only buy I out of my region. So I brought the boxset and this player at the same time it got here and I set it up with a nice 4k hdmi cable that my TV was able to upsale and when my boxset got here I tested it and its amazing. Works great so far.
