Q: Can Monty open his mouth?

No he can't, is a nice toy but the parts come out super easily is more to display

Q: Why are the new figures so disproportionate and inaccurate? (It’s more of a complain, it really bothers me,all the others from past games are fine)

I feel the same way. I’m guessing they are cheaply made. Once you take them apart they start braking when you try to put them back together what’s the point?

Q: Everyone complains about these coming disconnected. Would a little bit of super glue help at all? Also, do the glasses come off?

Since the figure is still in the box, we don't have firsthand knowledge of what happens when you open it. According to this video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ij0fZ9Ur5o (info about this character is about 6 minutes and 29 seconds into the video) all the characters are going to come apart a bit in the "unboxing" process. And the video says, "No," the glasses do not come off.
