I BOUGHT THESE FOR OUTSIDE TO KEEP A DETERRENT FOR MY CAR ON MY DRIVEWAY. I HAD A TIRE SLASHED, & WANT TO KEEP FUTURE DAMAGE AT A MINIMUM. I GOT THE 4 PACK TODAY, & NOTICED THE INTERNAL SLOTTED BLACK DOME WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE OUTER CLEAR DOME, & MOVED AROUND BLOCKING THE LIGHT UNIT. (SEE PICS). I HAD TO TAKE APART ALL 4 OF THEM & GLUE THE TABS, ON THE BLACK DOME, TO THE SLOTS ON THE CLEAR DOMES. I ALSO PUT A DAB OF GLUE ON THE LIGHT HOLDER. YOU NEED TO PUT THE INSTALLATION SCREWS EXACTLY 3 1/8" APART, OR YOU'LL NEVER GET THEM TO ATTACH ON THEM. SINCE I LIVE IN A METAL TRAILER, FINDING A MOUNTING PLACE IS GONNA BE A CHALLENGE. DON'T STICK THEM UP, BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES, UNLESS YOU USE REMOVABLE TAPE.

The dummy camera is a great addition to any existing security system that is already installed. The LED light that is in the camera shines exactly like any other dome camera does, and shows brightly in the night. Installation was a breeze, and when the cameras were installed in what would be considered blind spots in the existing security system, these dummy cameras have cut down on intruders 10 fold. The only draw back that I have found is in the replacement of the batteries. You have to make sure that there are no people watching when you do any replacements.

My neighbor walked in my apartment behind me, uninvited. When he saw the security camera up near the ceiling, he literally turned on his heels and walked back out. I think I might have avoided something bad.Also, the product boxes arrived in another protective box as opposed to only in a package, so everything was in proper shape.

I love the appearance of these. My only complaint is they need batteries frequently. They aren’t good for the environment. They may have been better if they were solar powered or if they were chargeable.

Definitely does the trick and I am pleased with my purchase. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the blinking red light was a little gaudy for me. I actually choose not to use the batteries so the light does not Flash. Otherwise very realistic!

I love them for what I needed them for. I made Santa and Elf cams with them. But the down fall was I had to send back and get replacements a few times due to damages. But the replacement’s arrived quickly. Also was not a fan of the light not having a shut off switch

The media could not be loaded.  These were great for Santa cams. Didn’t like the fact only 2 came with screws 1 had string in it. Had to take it apart to get it out. Obviously I wouldn’t want to sell them with string in it... but other than that they all worked & turned out super cute what I did with them.

Where to start. These are knock offs of a knock off. It is very cheaply made and are almost an exact copy of another brand being sold on amazon with slight changes to not only set them selves apart but also save money on their bottom line. The plastic feels cheap and there are parts glued down that dont need to be. I bought several of the cameras for our business to resell but I would never want to use these into any product I sell. Some one here posted a review on how they made it into an elf cam.... All I am going to say is I now know ours is superior because we don;t use this product. I returned all 10 orders. This product is doo doo. I wish I could leave a 0 stars.
