im on a Keto diet and this product by an excellent company, keeps my digestion healthy. One after each meal.

Product is easy to swallow and tasteless. My sensitive stomach does seem to feel less bloated at the end of the day when I take this.

I recently started intermittent fasting with a low-carb diet. I've taken various probiotics for many years and these pills do help with bloating and digestion. I take 1 pill with dinner, maybe 2 if I'm feeling uncomfortable vs. the 3 recommended dose.One downside is the coating has an unpleasant taste. It's on the mild side for pills, but it's there. So you have to swallow pretty fast to avoid the taste. Pro is pills are very easy to swallow.

Since this has fennel in it, you can smell the fennel smell, which smells like licorice, both in the bottle and when you take it, so just beware of that. The expiration date on my bottle was 2 years out and my bottle was sealed. You don't need to refrigerate this until you open it, then you should. 90 easy to take gel caps, take 1 before each of your 3 meals so a bottle will last a month. No negative side effects noticed by me.

I've been taking Keto for a couple of years. I have an over active immune system and these Keto pills made me breakout with a rash. I discontinued taking them after fourteen days. My sleep pattern changed. I dislike that they need refrigerated after opening. I did loose a little weight.
