I love my new bike!
I ordered my bike in the middle of April and it took about 10 days to arrive. I love the look of my new bike! My son put the bike together for me with little problems, although one of the nuts/washers had bad threading and he had to improvise a little to make it work. The only other problem is a deep dent in the right handle. I contacted Customer Service and was very impressed with their immediate response and willingness to address and resolve my problem. They are sending me a replacement, which I am expecting in about a week from now. I will leave another review once I have received the replacement part and have been able to ride my beautiful, new bike.Update May 14, 2019: My replacement handles arrived within three days, much sooner than I had anticipated. Excellent follow-up on behalf of Customer Service! I have since been able to ride my bike and it is the most comfortable, smooth ride I have ever had on a bike. The gears are shifting well and I'm amazed at how fast I can go in 7th gear! Fabulous! Wherever I go, people are complimenting me on the beautiful look of my bike. It's a real showstopper! I can definitely recommend this bike and SixThreeZero as a company to anyone looking for a comfortable, functional, beautiful bike!

Very appealing bike- comfortable ride
I have had this for a week and already know I love it compared to my old bike. Who decided to take away fenders and chain guards? I haven't had them since I was a child! So glad to have them back; I no longer have to use pant leg clips and can ride on a wet road without getting a stripe up my back. I am 58 and have some issues with my arms and hands (recent elbow surgeries); these handlebars are wide and my hands rest on them without any pressure. The only work my arms/hands need to do is steer and brake. It's so nice to be sitting upright on a wide saddle and have the seat and pedals closer to the ground. I no longer feel that I'm at risk when I need to put my feet on the ground. I've been able to get up some steep hills and 7th gear is as fast as I would ever want to go. I'd prefer a lever style gear shifter, but shifting has been smooth.Assembly was OK- especially if you know a bicycle and it's components. Had the seller not been so accessible and helpful, I may have given 4 stars. I felt as though the instructions needed some updating to reflect what was needed. Instructions were given for steps that were already done, and there were no instructions for other parts that were not assembled (my saddle hardware-was quite a puzzle). However, I happened to be doing this on a Saturday afternoon on eastern time, so I'm sure I would have had better access on a weekday. I was able to solve all my own problems before their reply. I did not need to do anything with the rear brakes and gears- bike worked perfectly first test ride. I spent some time fiddling with the front brake until I realized the tire wasn't centered- easily adjusted. The instructions call for grease and it is not included (recommended but not required, but seat and handlebar stems do not slide easily without it- I used some 3 in 1 oil). My fenders had dents, and they are sending replacements. The tires do not have psi on the sidewalls, and I had to ask for help; the recommended psi is 30-50. Nice fat bouncy tires.I don't have a beach, but plan to use this often to ride into town on errands as well as 3 miles on country roads to visit my son. There are no attachment holes for a water bottle holder (although one photo shows them). I bought a Topeak Cage Mount and ended up installing it on the front fork, because the frame is too large and the handle bars too small. Not easy to secure a mirror either- so I bought a helmet mounted one instead. Plenty of room to hang a basket on the front- mine's coming tomorrow.

Nice bike, with some"tweaking" required!
I went car-free about a year ago and have relied on my 2005 men's Fuji Captiva to make my short commute and run my errands. I love that bike, but I wanted something that would be lighter and with a step through design for those hot days of summer. My dream is to toss on a light dress and pedal off to work. After a year of dreaming, I ordered the Evryjourney in teal with brown seat and handles. I was excited when the box was delivered to my office warehouse but disappointed when I opened it and found that the seat and grips were black, not brown. I hadn't completely unboxed the bike, so it was a simple matter to box it up for an exchange through Amazon. However, when I was doing that I saw that the box was also marked as a 24in single speed instead of the 26 in 7-speed that I had ordered. Shame on you Amazon!A week later, I took the correct bike out of its packaging. I found that it was very well packed and protected for shipping. Sixthreezero advertises this bike as being 80% assembled when shipped. That is true, but there were a lot of things that needed to be adjusted when the bike was out of the box.I found the instructions easy to follow and I quickly assembled the front wheel and fenders, seat, handlebars, and pedals. However, the rear fender, which comes already assembled, was off center and rubbed against the rear tire. It was difficult for me to access the correct bolts to fix this. Also, as others have said, the bolts on this bike are over-tightened at the factory. It was very difficult to loosen some of them in order to complete assembly.I ended up hiring a bike tech to finish the job. That included fixing the rear fenders, drilling out a bolt so that the back rack could be attached, adjusting the seat, adjusting the brakes, and completely going over the bike to make sure everything was properly adjusted and safe. Finally, I was ready to ride! I am very happy with how smooth the bike is and it takes bumps and dirt track quite well. The seat is not quite as cushy as my Fuji, but it is generally comfortable. The pedal forward design takes some getting used to especially when switching from one bike to another. The aluminum frame makes it much easier to take the hills in my commute, especially compared to my steel framed Fuji.I'm generally happy with my purchase, but I may still have another tweak to do. The bike tech removed two links from the chain, but it is still quite loose and will rattle occasionally. I'm sure taking out at least one other link will improve gear shifting. This is a little more tweaking than I expected to do.But overall, I expect to get many good years out of this bike.

Perfect Posture, easy on Neck!
I've had this bike now for about two weeks, and have ridden it almost every day. I live in Montana in a pretty hilly neighborhood, and the seven speeds are about right (although the 7th speed feels just like the 6th).Posture-wise, this bike is absolutely PERFECT for someone with neck issues who doesn't want any bending forward while riding. I can sit completely straight up, without feeling like I'm reaching for the handlebars. With my old bike, I had gotten a handlebar riser, as well as a new set of handlebars that were more raised. I still had to ride a bit forward to comfortably grasp the handlebars, and that was with straight elbows. The reach with this bike, allows my elbows to remain slightly bent, while sitting completely straight up! That is probably my favorite thing about the bike. The ride is pretty smooth, even on our somewhat bumpy roads. If I do run across an extra bumpy section of road, I just slightly raise up off the seat and let my knees absorb the bumps, rather than my spine.Assembly was fairly simple, although I did have to re-read instructions in a couple of places. The front fender was skewed and I had to straighten it out by hand, but it seems to be ok now. The front tire was a little out of balance, so I called the company and they sent a replacement right away. The new one is much better. Actually, they offered to pay the costs of having a bike shop adjust the original tire, but since that would entail 4 1/2 driving time (both ways), they opted to send me the replacement instead.More about the handlebars....I love how much handlebar there is to work with. I have gotten a lot of accessories....a basket, a set of mirrors, and a light, and they all fit on the handlebars no problem. As far as shifting goes, it is pretty straight forward, just a turn of the handlebar device. I usually stay between gears 4-7 depending on whether or not I am going up hills. First & second gears I would say are a complete waste, unless you are just learning to use your legs or something. One thing I have noticed, is that I can tell no difference at all between the 6th and 7th gears. I wish the 7th gear would make a difference in pedaling, but it does not. On flat roads, I like to pedal in the highest gear possible, and on this bike, 6 is it. Maybe a bike shop could adjust the gears, but again, I live in the boonies so I would have to drive the bike into a shop, wait for the repair, and drive home. It'd be a full day that I don't have right now.All in all I am happy with the bike though. If I could tell a difference with the seventh gear, The bike would have easily gotten five stars.

Perfect Bike for Person with Arthritis
I received my Sixthreezero EvryJourney bike for Mother's Day. Assembly was slightly difficult to follow from the printed instructions, but the YouTube video giving step-by-step directions was extremely helpful! I followed it and paused it when I needed to. I was able to put the bike together myself and only required the assistance of my husband to tighten some bolts at the end of assembly. This is a beautiful and comfortable bike, and I am 68 years old with rheumatoid arthritis. I highly recommend this bike for anyone who has issues with joints or knees.
