This ice pack is excellent. It is large enough to comfortably provide adequate cover for my sprained knee. It comes with an elasticated velcro strap to keep the pack in place. My advice would be to buy two. In that way you can keep one in the freezer whilst the other is in use. Also you then have two velcro straps available to secure the pack in place above and below the knee.

Comfytemp large gel ice pack is brilliantly effective for soothing back pain and swelling after a long day on my feet. The flexible gel stays cold for ages and moulds perfectly to the body without leaking. Excellent value and highly recommended for anyone needing reliable injury relief.

Really good item, works well and stays cold for a decent amount of time, it is a very large ice pack and it could be improved by adding an additional strap to secure at both the top and bottom

Great product - works better as a freeze pack as hot pack can be uneven in temperature. Belt is very short!, tight fit. Great concept overall.

Great product, large size with is great for coverage

I have constant pain in my buttock from the piriformis muscle always being inflamed, which causes sciatica. None of the medical people I’ve seen have been able to find out what is causing this, and just blame it on my MS. Sitting for any length of time is really painful, so I thought I’d try this twin pack. I put them in the freezer, leave one out for about 10 mins to warm up a little and then sit on it with one layer between me and the pack. At first it’s a bit painful as my bum gets frozen, but after that I can’t feel the pain anymore. They have been marvellous! I’m not sure yet whether they only work while I’m sitting in them, or whether they will eventually get my piriformis muscle to calm down, but I don’t really care as the relief I get is amazing, and I’m taking fewer pain killers. I haven’t tried them in the microwave so can’t comment on that function. Highly recommended for any muscular pain or injury.

Straps missing. Only option was to return at post office. Since I have a slipped disc that’s not an option. Have used without strap and it works well. Nevertheless, incomplete product.

Cold retention to help with pain relieve. This is ease to use but the strap would benefit from being longer and wider for comfort and to stay in place.
