I have taken vitamin b6 for about 10 years now to help with hormones, mostly the week before my period, and it has always worked to help a good bit. However after doing lots of research I discovered that this form of b6 is much easier for your body to absorb. B6 has to be converted before it can be absorbed but not everyone's body can convert it well, whereas this form of B6 is already converted to the form your body needs to enable it to be absorbed... hoping I have explained that well. Anyways, this is my third tub and I have found it to be more effective, easy to swallow as you can see from my picture it's way smaller than a 5p, a really decent dose for the price, the horrormoans are definitely less. I will continue to buy this, and so my husband will continue to survive that one week each month :)

There’s no genuine way of rating this product because it’s a supplement and therefore takes a long time along with other supplements to take affect. The product price and packaging are as to be expected and reasonable.

Not as fearsome as I thought!

This is one of the most underrated supplements available. Best Naturals does a great job with their P5P. If purchased it several times.

the product is as i envisaged it, the tablets are too large but can easily be snapped in half, their efficacy i cannot comment on because they are intended to play a role in an extended group
