I bought this after seeing one of my favorite influencers (Brooke from nestingwithgrace) rave about this. I purchased it in 2023 and I no joke use this thing daily. I work from home and live in a cold climate and often get chilly throughout the day, so I love using this to stay warm as I sit at my desk. I also love using it each evening post workout to relax my shoulders. This purchase has paid for itself with the daily use it gets. If you need a heated shoulder/back pad that is weighted (honestly the best part) look no further!

I deducted one star, it quit working before the year was up but they had great customer service and I had a new, replacement within a week - 10 daysIt is large but I just snuggle in. I find the smaller ones don't give me enough shoulder coverage. Great weight, very soft. Wish you could machine wash

This is my second of these heating pads and they are very effective therapeutically. The heat is adjustable, as is the time, allowing me to personalize my heat therapy. In addition, the customer service is great. The controller appeared to malfunction, and the customer service shipped me a replacement quickly and without any issues. I highly recommend buying this product from UTK.

The media could not be loaded. I was so hopeful for this UTK Weighted Heating Pad. This is super soft and it is weighted and those are the only positive attributes I can tell you.I can tell you about the negative aspects of this heating pad. The first one I ordered stopped heating up after 29 days of ownership and so I thought I got a defective product. I returned it and received anther one. The second one broke in less than two weeks. It would not heat at all! It flashed red around the heating settings on the controller. No matter what I did, I could not get it to work. I tried different plugs in my home to make sure for some strange reason it wasn't my outlets. I tried leaving it off for hours at a time, nope. It's the poor quality and craftsmanship of this product.I have attached a video of the second UTK Weighted Heating pad, sorry that the video is poor quality, but it shows what I am referring to in my comments about it flashing red through all the lights on the controller. Save time, money and aggravation and buy a different heating pad.

I LOVE this product!! I have my other heating pads away. Love weighted aspect, the heated beads, emphasis on neck & shoulders, where I keep a lot of stress. This has been a very tough winter in Washington DC – our last two winters have been very mild/non-winters. This seemed never ending and the heating pad was most welcome during the horrible cold non-ending winter – especially when sitting near a window!

I purchased the UTK weighted heating pad when I had neck, shoulder, and jaw pain issues. Using a heated blanket did not give me the weight I needed to keep the heat where I needed it. The snap closure helps keep it in place so you can relax instead of constantly trying to keep the heat where you want it. It is a great size to cover a larger area and wraps around your neck completely. The auto shut-off is a great feature that I am thankful for. Since I get so relaxed, I tend to fall asleep. The tourmaline beads add the perfect amount of weight and pressure. I am very happy with this purchase as it helped my tight and sore muscles. I would recommend this item.
