Easy to clean, easy to use, size is perfect, smooth and the honey yellow is amazing. Love it all. Lid is hard to take off but the way it keeps my drink cold and hot works wonders.

Very sturdy cup. Got this while working at a summer camp so I could drink coffee in front of the children without them being aware and going feral asking for some. Stickers stick well but the cup material is easy to get residue off of when they're removed. Hasn't gotten a single scratch or dent so far. Straw is a very flexible material and can bend further than I'd have expected it to and the straw lid hasn't leaked at all. Haven't tried the sip lid but that one seems well designed as well.

I'm going to get the negative out of the way first because it's just one thing, but it could be a big issue for some people. It can be difficult to remove the lid of this cup for refilling. I wish it was textured or thicker or something to provide better grip. I'm not the strongest person, but I am the resident jar opener, and it can still take multiple tries to get this thing open. If you're worried about grip strength, it would probably be best to avoid this.For me that's mostly a mild inconvenience and other than that the cup works better than expected. Good capacity. Fits great in car cupholders.There was one other thing that could be negative for some, but didn't bother me because the fix was easy. The straw did get blocked by the bottom of the cup a lot initially, but a small notch in the side of the bottom of the straw fixed that, easy peasy.Lids and straw clean easily in the dishwasher. The cup is supposed to be dishwasher safe, but I can't speak to that. I'm a little paranoid about the finish that I really like getting ruined in the dishwasher, so I've only washed it by hand. I'm used to washing these kinds of vessels by hand because they usually aren't dishwasher safe, so that hasn't been a big deal to me. If I ever get the courage to run it through there, I'll update my review.

It does what it should do. I have used it daily, and the only issue is that the lid is somewhat difficult to take off. I just don’t righten it too much, and all is well.

This cup is sleek, easy to clean, durable and all of that. But GOOD LORD!! You need a wrestler with a rubber glove on to get the lid off!!! I tried it a few times and even with the lightest tightening, its like it vacuum seals tighter and I cannot get the lid off. I have to use rubber gloves and it STILL takes a few deep breaths and a prayer to get it open. I'll be returning this reluctantly because I DO like the cup, I just would like to be able to USE it.

Love this cup, keeps my drinks cold and holds ice for hours. Ended up purchasing one for my daughter and she loves it as well. It's not completely leak proof it drips a little when its upside-down

This was advertised as a skinny cup—which I need because it has to fit in my cup holder as well as my hand. This cup was just all wrong, the scale was way off. The straw that broke the camel’s back was that there was no grip on any of the surfaces so I couldn’t open the top again after just the FIRST use.I threw it away.

9 out of 10 times I can’t get this lid off. My husband even struggles with it and he can open anything. I’ve written the company but no response!!! Ugh so frustrating because I love the cup otherwise. Stays cold and pretty color. All I need is a cup I can open. I am tired of fighting with it.

I’m disabled person and have convulsions. I drink my coffee out of a travel coffee mug that if I drop it it doesn’t spill. I’ve had several water tumblers that did they fall. They still leak. This comes with two tops. The one with the straw is great because the whole to put the straw in has a silicone seal around it, easy to clean and not a lot of places for bacteria to grow which is why I’ve had to throw out several of them. The bonus is ice. Water still has ice in it after 36 hours over and above what they claim don’t hesitate buy it.

High quality and really nice looking. We use with the straw lid but comes with a coffee lid as well (not spill proof). Insulation is really great for cold beverages.
