Easy to use for any occasion.

This fondue set is lovely! The stand is every well made and the gel packs sit well balanced. The fondue pot itself is enameled light cream inside and a beautiful rich blue outside and cast iron which balances very stable on its stand.

I was hoping being cast iron that I could use the burner and it would distribute the heat better, but it still scorches in the center if I use the burner for very long. I would have preferred a completely smooth finish on the inside, as the slight texture may be part of why it's not the easiest to clean. But I suppose melted cheese is always going to be a nuisance to clean up after. It's nice though that I can get everything mixed on the stovetop.
