BEST & EASIEST method ever devised!
Like to eat my eggs in a lot of different ways, but poached has always been my favorite. And THIS method/product is the absolute BEST RESULT I've ever tried for great poached eggs!! Simple - super easy clean-up - and the tastiest outcome you could ever ask for! After coating the little 'container basket' very lightly (just your finger & the tiniest bit of olive oil or avacado oil) I put it in the microwave on a reduced power setting, like 50 seconds at 80%, and then maybe 25-30 seconds (a 2nd time) on 90%. Theres probably other ways to do it that I haven't figured out, but this works for me and it always comes out perfect ~ firm enough & thoroughly done, but not like a rock)) You may have to experiment with the timing depending on your microwave, but you'll get it dialed in after a few days. I lay a paper towel gently over the top. (for a little extra protein I sometimes add little liquid egg white after putting the egg in, filling it to just a smidge below the top of the little 'basket'...like 1/4" or less)

We love these cups and use the often
We love these egg cups. I can make a quick and easy meal or snack anytime. I put the egg in the cup in the microwave for 30 seconds covered with the cover that's use in microwaves. Then I turn the cup and cook it for another 30 to 40 seconds. Done! Sometimes, I put some ground sausage in the cup and crack the egg over it. Works good. But I had to experiment with the timing to get it right every time. Worth the effort. These cups help us make great egg for snacks or breakfast. I highly recommend them.

Non stick really means no sticking
First I have to say these truly DO NOT stick. To prevent sticking I make sure my pan and rings are hot. I put a small pat of cold butter in the ring and paint the inside really well with a pastry brush. (Melted butter browns too quickly in the hot pan and a hot pan is what makes the big holes imho) When the sides start to set turn to medium low and carefully slip off the rings if sides are set. Then repeat the process in the 2nd pan. No need to wash the rings, they slide off clean. I’ve made many batches of sourdough crumpets using these 4 inch rings and never had one stick yet, even when I forgot to butter a ring on my 2nd batch. There are cheaper rings but after reading all the reviews many times over, I chose these. I wanted 4inch rings, high quality, heavy duty, nonstick, stainless steel, dishwasher safe with stay cool handles, and reasonably priced. I don’t remember how many reviews these had but I don’t count anything less than 500. These had the highest reviews and were everything I wanted. I love them.

Egg Rings
These EGG RINGS were inexpensive, easy to clean, and kept the eggs in the circle, as explained. Most likely, we will be able to use these rings for many other cooking adventures. They appear to be made of a durable product and the handle was convenient. The eggs did not stick to the rings, which made cleanup very nice. We didn't notice the little brush included in the for several weeks! It was attached deep inside and onto the cardboard box. Maybe it should have been made more noticeable but we found it. There is nothing for which to complain about these! The review asked to rate on "Flavor" but this is not a part of the review as they neither add nor take away flavor from the cooking.

Best egg mold I’ve used. I’d buy again.
One of the ways I make my people smile: round sunny side up eggs that are the same size as their bread product. These gems help make that happen. Little or no leakage. Very little oil needed. They cook better than my old silicone molds. Dishwasher safe. I’m very pleased with them. Elevating the random breakfast in bed for over a year without a hitch!

A kitchen and travel staple
I have been using these egg poachers for two years. They look brand new still. I keep 2 in my travel box and use the other 2 daily. I originally bought them when I ditched my non stick pan. I break the egg right into them without any butter or oils and I carefully scoop them out with a spoon when done. I don't know how I lived without these, they are perfect.

I first discovered this method of making poached eggs, but the video showed the use of silicone cupcake molds. Although it works, it is way easier using these larger cups. The edges are much taller so easier to retrieve from the pan of boiling water without burning your fingers, and water doesn't splash into the cup in the cooking process. Just 5 mins in a covered pan of boiling water half an inch deep makes the perfect semi-runny yolk egg!
