I got the rose sandalwood scent. From the moment I unboxed the candle, I could smell the rose scent, and it's heavenly. It's so gentle and velvety, like the softest rose petals. The wood note is so subtle that I can't really detect it; it's only there to softens the rose so the rose isn't soapy harsh punch-in-your-face. But that's fine by me. When I burn the candle, the rose scent remains a gentle calming waft that fills the room. I'm placing the candle in the middle of our largest open room, and the scent has no problem filling up the entire room without being headache-inducing. I keep finding myself perking up to breathe in deeply that subtle rose scent.This is now my favorite brand and my favorite candle. If I have any complaint at all (and I don't, not really), it is that I can't find the candle scent written anywhere on the candle jar or box. But that's such an unimportant miniscule aspect compared to everything right about this candle. Oh, and did I mention that this company contributes part of their profit to charity?

Classy jar and box, making it very giftableWonderful fragrance on cold sniffSimply heavenly fragrance upon burning from the first burn through the end of the candle. Then I put the jar on a candle warmer for several hours to deplete the rest of the fragrance oil before dumping out the wax.During burning the wicks sometimes curve fall into the wax and need to be fished out. They are rather fragile and sometimes break when I cut them to reduce sooting.Still this candle makes most of my home smell soooooo good I’m willing to put up with the wick issues, and have repurchased this candle several times.

I’ve bought several of these candles of the rose/sandlewood scent and been extremely happy with the scent and the burn time. I like supporting this cause as well.This candle has been a disappointment. The wicks are too short? I’m unsure, however, all three won’t burn at once. One wick has disappeared, another has curled over on itself not to be retrieved. It’s halfway burned and will go into the trash next time I clean off my dresser. I’ve got one more new one I’m hoping isn’t problematic like this one. Wish me luck!I tried to find contact info for the seller… maybe I’m silly, but I don’t see it. Maybe they will see this review and replace this dud.

This candle has the most wonderful smell, it envelops the room in that great scent, some would say it's more appropriate for a man's room, but I love it everywhere.

It is a good quality candle but the rose smell is so strong that it is nauseating.

the Rose & Sandalwood scent is a crowd favorite, its a clean burn and fills the room quite well. its a reasonable price as well, will purchase more from this brand

smells up the whole room, burn time isnt very long. update; 2nd time i ordered the 3 wick candle only had 1 wick. But, they were very accommodating and refunded my $

The outside of the candle is pretty. The scent I wasn’t thrilled with at all! All I can smell is rose, the sandalwood barely comes through at all.

I’ve had dollar-store candles burn better. The wicks get buried in wax because they’re too short. Ended up in the trash after having to constantly dig out the wicks. Save your money.

I had high hopes when I bought this based on reviews. Candles and fragrances are really personal, so others may have a different reaction. I could smell rose, but there was another smell that I can only describe as burning plastic and it lingered in the room for hours. I’ve stopped burning this candle - still 4/5 left. Ended up giving it away.
