Missing mesh elastic side pockets as described in product details
Backpack looks just like the pictures. The quality feels nice. Although, I’m not sure how the USB port helps — if the extra battery pack is placed in the backpack, you can just connect it straight to your computer or phone (rather than connect the battery to the backpack and the backpack to the device. Also, The description states there are side pockets which are elastic and mesh. If you look at the pictures, there are no side pockets and the product came with no side pockets. It would have been nice to have the side pockets. However I love how sleek and slim the backpack looks. All the other backpacks and purses I have to hold a laptop is bulky and big. Despite the minor flaws, I am glad I purchased it and would recommend it.

I love this backpack
I love this backpack! The size really great for mommy! I’m always on the go and carry my iPad, small toys and water bottles for kids!We are able to put everything in this backpack and keep everything organized.

Contrary to what the Q&A suggests, this bag did ...
Contrary to what the Q&A suggests, this bag did not even come close to fitting my 17-inch Acer laptop. It appears to be designed for a much smaller notebook.

Strap buckles lasted 3 months
I bought this item on 2/12/18 received it on 2/15/18. I officially started using it on 2/26/18 and now 3 months later on the same day both strap buckles broke off sending my work laptop to the ground shattering the screen. I have back issues and know not to carry anything other than my laptop on my back and this product couldn't even support that for 3 months. I had higher hopes for this purchase.

Well its tiny, and...
The piece that connects the shoulder strap to the rest of the backpack lets the strap fall constantly. If I were to just put this backpack on one shoulder it would fall off. Would not recommend.

I liked the design the most and the USB cable connection! I'm highly recommend it!!!It's light and modern. Can easily fit my 15'' laptop. Have been using it for a few weeks. So far so good!
