I made the move to Precision Pro from another famous brand
After my Bushnell Pro XE lasted for two and a half years just after my Bushnell Tour X had lasted for two and a half years I decided to try to find something cheaper than $500+ for my next rangefinder. After much research I decided to try the Precision Pro NX9 and I could not be happier. I've had it now for 5 rounds and it works as well as either of the Bushnell's did before they died. Should I get two and a half years out of it I figure I'm $300 ahead than had I bought another $550 top of the line Bushnell. The free batteries for life were a factor in my choice, I considered the Precision Pro R1 Smart but having to charge the rangefinder after every round was something I just did not want to do. I play well over a 100 rounds a year and know I would forget to charge it occasionally so that was a deal breaker for me.After using this rangefinder for these past 2 weeks I can highly recommend it to anyone considering it. It was also a bonus that there was a sale on Amazon with a coupon to boot so I got it for $241 shipped, great deal.

Exceeded Expectations
This is my first rangefinder and I couldn’t be happier. Easy to lock onto targets. The magnet is strong. Nice case. A big upgrade over my GPS. There are no flaws whatsoever.

Accurate, simple and looks great
No issues using the rangefinder and it’s easy to switch modes between slope/no slope. The “lock on the flagstick” feature works every time.

Works exactly as expected with no disappointment!
Priced right and easy to use. Accuracy is what is expected and the magnet feature keeps it front and center to help prevent misplacing it or forgetting it.

Battery dead after less than 3 months!!!
There are so many positives about this rangefinder!! However I guess there was a watch out when life time battery replacement is called out as a key feature! Less than 3 months in the battery is dead! I am now waiting for contact from customer services to contact me and that interaction will determine whether I actually keep the product or not do I gamble on a new battery or is this typical performance - disappointing - maybe you get what you pay for!

Looking fwd...
Can’t use it yet due to the current closure at my home course, but I’m very excited to get the chance. For the price you can’t beat it

DO NOT BUY!!
Do not buy this range finder!! Had this range finder just over two months and it has already stopped working. I play golf twice a week so it’s not even been over used and at £199 I expect so much more than for this to stop working after 2 months! Avoid this item at all costs because you’ll be hugely disappointed when it stops working mid round!

Great Value
Easy to use, accurate, quick and love the magnetic side so that I can stick onto the buggy during play.

Doesn’t give a yardage
To give credit where it’s deserved, product feels well built, easy to use and comes with a quality case. The magnet seems strong too, but I normally walk so it’s clipped to my bag.Now to the one star review. On the Precision Pro website, the rangefinder does not require the reflectors to pick up the flag. It’s also suppose to pick up yardage off sand traps, trees other obstacles, etc. Well it does not. It’s now completely useless to me. I hope the company comes through with their “no questions asked” 2 year warranty. The first time I complained to them I was asked to try a reset by removing the battery for 30 seconds and then replacing it. No change in performance.I have requested a replacement though Precision Pro customer care. We’ll see what happens
