I started taking these about a month ago hoping they might help with my hair loss and give my hair a bit of a boost. I’ve been adding a few different things to support my hair growth, but I’ve really noticed a big difference since starting the biotin. The top of my head looks visibly thicker and my hair feels like it’s growing faster. My roots are feeling stronger and there’s definitely more volume coming through. I honestly didn’t expect to see results this quickly but this has turned out to be one of the best things I’ve bought.

I have come to rely greatly upon these brilliant little capsules for my extremely distressing hair fall out which is probably due to me being a lady of menopausal age. I started taking them about 4 years ago when a lot of my hair had already fallen out. There is no joke when I say I was literally losing my hair by the handful on a daily basis. I would just sit there and cry because my hair was always one of my best features when I was younger. I have always had long hair, and although it is fine I always had masses of it. I Googled my problem with my hair and Biotin popped up quite a lot, and I also decided to go ahead and buy the Solgar brand as I had read a lot of good things about its quality and value for money. So I ordered it here on Amazon. I really wanted to wait to see if it actually worked. I am absolutely over the moon to say that my hair was noticeably growing back within 3-4 weeks of me starting to take Solgar Biotin. The hair at the back of my head, near the nape has been growing strong and fast for a long time now. I have noticed that my hair is overall much thicker than it was although I think it will take a while to get back to its original state. Like another reviewer here I stop taking it every 2 to 3 months for about a week or two to avoid the plateau effect which I do believe has occurred with me whilst taking this Biotin. I start taking it again and it seems to continue to work. Overall I am delighted with this brand and will always continue to order it from here as the price always manages to stay extremely reasonable. If you are in any doubt don’t be. Buy this. Hopefully you will see the results that I have! Delivery as always is great from Amazon! I am a very, very happy customer!

Update: November 12 my hair is getting thicker than before my problem started. Regrowth is probably about 2.5 to 3 inches long. Hair and nails are growing so fast. No unwanted hair on other areas, no upset stomach, no blemishes. I'm so happy. Just bought 3 more bottles. My husband has been taking mine and his hair is noticeably thicker. Amazing!!! Update: On September 21 I saw my hairdresser and she advised buying a hat. Just saw her again today October 19 and he was amazed at how full my hair looked! GREAT product! I recently had major surgery and subsequently had a massive infection. I had to take antibiotics for over 6 weeks. I was on high protein drink recommended by Surgeon to help heal wound. Unfortunately, I still suffered from hair loss due to stress and biotin depletion from surgery, Infection, and antibiotics. I was to the point where I started to look into getting hair transplant. Waiting for my wound to fully heal I thought I would try this product. After 11 days my hair has stopped falling out and I can see regrowth. I can hardly believe it my self. I have tried another brand which caused stomach upset maybe from yeast or soy products I have no stomach upset with Solgar product Update: Now after 6 weeks my hair is noticeably thicker to my family.
