We'd had the cheese at restaurant in NY and were inspired, so bought both the girolle and the cheese. We've worked our way through the cheese over a month and a half, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do - a great way to entertain - all our guests loved it!

Overall impression is very good - everything as expected. I would give it more time since I own it just several months for now.1. very good quality knife2. a bit less impressive quality wood stand - it has a crack

Loved this product. Used only for this type of cheese it gives the beautiful flower shapes required. Sturdy metalwork and a lovely wooden board. Gorgeous purchase.

I bought this cheese surler for my husband`s birthday and we were not disappointed with it.We have been using it since mid April. The cheese that is sold specifically for the culer has a strong pleasant taste.We will soon be onto our second cheese and are contemplating buying the dome to keep the next cheese fresher longer.

This was a present and it was excellent quality, I would recommend getting a dome with it, that will be my next purchase!

We bought some tete de moine in Zurich so I was super excited to buy the cutter and present at dinner parties. Sadly the blade isn’t sharp enough so the rosette’s don’t look anything like the pics online, it’s also got a plastic handle on the blade which seems incredibly cheap given the wooden board and care required to look after it. Expensive and a bit of a waste of money sadly.
