This closys pre mouthwash really sets the standard everytime I do my teeth cleaning routine. My mouth feels really clean and gets rid of debris, and it alkaline’s my mouth for brushing which is always a bonus

I find mouthwashes very harsh and usually burns my tongue. I am following the Dr Ellie's mouthcare system and I find that although Closys is expensive, it is the best for me and it works. It leaves my mouth feeling very fresh with no stinging. I use it to protect my mouth before brushing. Although it says it comes with flavour control, I did not get one in my package but I wouldn't use it anyway because the mouthwash is fine without the minty taste.

I’m following DDM Ellie Phillips program, and this is one of the products recommended. Will buy again.

I don’t use this every day, more like every other day or twice a week. I haven’t noticed a loss of taste like others have mentioned. My teeth feel very clean the day after and I’ve really avoided any buildup of plaque which I’ve had trouble with for years so I’m not sure if it’s this that’s helping, BUT, I have a feeling it’s playing a role.The bottle is massive so it’ll last you years probably especially if you use it infrequently. I also don’t have any bad breath at all, there is a slightly weird metal taste in my mouth but it’s not massively significant. I’d say use this sparingly, and you’ll see it’s benefits!
